    + Added MyAlerts and its Plugin Alerts extension. Users should now receive alerts for, e.g. profile comments.

! As a result, disabled MyNetwork's built-in notices. They were broken anyway.

    * "Quotes" are now only necessary when tagging names with spaces or special characters such as Giga's.
* Post votes decoupled from reputation. Note however you will still see the corresponding positive or negative votes on your reputation report, however, these do not actually affect the total reputation and are there for record purposes.
