Pokémon X and Y

Another pointless PokeMileage Club attraction has been announced and launched. It is called Graffiti Eraser, where you apparently clean windows..... k, sure. For this game, the prizes are mostly things for EVs and IVs, so I guess I can say that it's....

Entirely pointless!

 

It has been announced that from June 4th to the 21st, the PokeBall Pattern Vivillon will be distributed at the Pokemon Center in Paris.



It will be at Level 12, and will come with the moves Stun Spore, Gust, Light Screen, and Powder, all moves it normally learns anyway.

 

No word pertaining to an event for PokeBall Pattern Vivillon outside of Paris yet, but WPM has included some in-game event details regarding Hoopa and Volcanion, and includes a recap on Diancie's (as he went over it back in February). Read here for deatils.

 

Still no word on it. HOWEVER, the other special pattern for Vivillon, the Fancy Pattern



will be distributed once over 100 million Pokemon have been traded over GTS. Still no word on how this will take place, although it's reported that at least 85 million have been traded. It will also be a worldwide event.

 

If you're waiting for news regarding PokeBall Pattern Vivillon.....
Yeeeeaaah, keep waiting. There's still nothing.

HOWEVER, the GTS has reached 100 million Pokemon traded. As such, Fancy Pattern Vivillon is being distributed over the Nintendo Network. It is available until the end of the month. It is level 12, and comes with Gust, Light Screen, Struggle Bug, and the super useless move Hond Hands that no other Pokemon can have.

 

It appears that Japan will be receiving the PokeBall Pattern Vivillon next month. There may be some hope for the US.

 

Hope there was, as now PokeBall Pattern Vivillon is available over Wi-Fi in North America. Though for only a short time, as the event lasts until the 12th. So you better act fast.

 

A new Wi-Fi event started yesterday, and runs until September 17th. Heracross for X, and Pinsir for Y. Both Lv 50 with Adamant natures. Along with this is a GameStop serial code event running from August 18th to the 31st. This event will be for their Mega Stones.

Considering both are normally exclusive to their opposite games, you may want to go out of your way for them if you don't already have them for whatever reason.

 

If you have checked Serebii lately, you'd have seen that Japan has an event for a Shiny Gengar holding its Mega Stone.

Why am I bringing it up?

Because from October 13th to the 26th, it'll be available in the US as a GameStop serial code event.

After that, Diancie will be available in the same manner from October 27th to November 16th.

Having trouble catching a Super Size Pumpkaboo? Well then, a new Wi-Fi event has started in North America and Europe for one of Level 50. It's equipped with a Rocky Helmet, and has the moves Astonish, Scary Face, Shadow Sneak, and Trick-or-Treat. Its ability can be either Pickup, Frisk, or its hidden ability Insomnia. This event runs for the entire month of October.

It's also a perfect Pokemon to grab should you want to participate in the upcoming Trick-or-Treat Friendly Battle Competition, in which you are limited to Ghost-type Pokemon (excluding Rotom and Giratina). It also requires you to use a Super Size Gourgeist, which is most likely why they have this event running besides obvious upcoming Halloween.
