Pokémon X and Y

Discussion in 'Miscellaneous Conjectures' started by Lord X-Giga-X, Jan 8, 2013.

  1. Restarted the masuda method with another pokemon. Egg count is: 97.

  2. Obvious happy is obvious. After sharing this on #CoE......the RNGods shine on me today; literally.

108 eggs. Modest natured female Ralts with Trace ability. I honestly wished she hatched at 64 because I had a good name for that [if you're a beatles fan you can guess.]

  3. Still really jealous about that btw XD

    Congrats again on the shiny!

  4. Once again, it doesn't take several months for an event Legendary to be revealed in North America. Diancie has been added to the US XY site. A screenshot of a PokeDex entry on the site revealed that it was a sudden transformation of Carbink.
Hilariously, said screenshot also revealed what is possibly its shiny coloration. I doubt that was intentional though, and they'll probably fix it soon. So check it out if you can.

EDIT: Or check a screenshot Serebii added to his site:

  5. Hah, apparently the stuff about Diancie being a mutation of Carbink wasn't supposed to be mentioned either, as that got removed when they changed the screenshot. These guys are really good at this stuff!

  6. How does someone fuck up this badly.

  7. Same way they accidentally revealed Purrloin early last gen.

  8. Purrloin wasn't even that crucial though. This is an event ( I think ), which is much worse.

  9. Everyone finds out about event pokemon before Nintendo reveals them, though.

  10. So this happened on youtube. Watch at your own risk even though this is common knowledge now:

  11. dat mega latios

    Jet's gonna have fun.

  12. So in the end, they both ended up keeping Levitate. Disappointing, but at least Mega Jet won't wreck with Adaptability.
It'll still wreck, but not as much.

Speaking of hacking though, unless you already know, these also popped up:

  13. Zygarde looks much like I imagined, though I hoped the blue would be black..

    yveltal and xerneas tho

  14. Sometime after that, WPM added shiny Xerneas Active Mode to his site:

  15. Continuing on hacking, more has been revealed regarding AZ's Floette.

It's unable to evolve or breed, and has a base stat total of 551, putting it one point under Florges.
    HP - 74
    Atk - 65
    Def - 67
    Sp Atk - 125
    Sp Def - 128
    Speed - 92
It is listed on Floette's Pokedex page as its "Eternal Flower" form. And it is capable of learning a new moved called Light of Ruin at Lv 50. It is a Fairy-type move with 140 base damage, 90% accuracy, and 5 PP. A powerful move that deals 50% of damage done as recoil damage.

  16. Welp! I guess we'll be seeing more of the Ultimate Weapon's power firsthand in the next instalment if there is one—Light of Ruin sounds foreshadowing-ish.

  17. So to expand on Blendy's news of AZ's Floette, here's some info and footage from a YT guy I follow:

  18. Once again, XY hackers have uncovered some new things. This time, we got three new moves.

-First of, we got Hold Hands, a Normal-type move with 40PP that.... does absolutely nothing. Yep, we got another useless move.
-Thousand Arrows, a physical Ground-type move with 90 base power, 100% accuracy, and 10PP. It's essentially a Ground-type version of Smack Down, though the flavor text suggests that it may be able to hit Pokemon that normally wouldn't be affected by moves of that type.
-Thousand Waves, a physical Ground-type move with 90 base power, 100% accuracy, and 10PP. It deals damage, and your opponent can't flee.

In addition, the base stats and abilities for Hoopa and Volcanion were also uncovered.

    [IMG][IMG]
Hoopa, the Mischief Pokemon. It is Psychic-Ghost with Magician as its ability.
    HP: 80
    Atk: 110
    Def: 60
    Sp Atk: 150
    Sp Def: 130
    Speed: 70

    [IMG][IMG]
Volcanion, the Steam Pokemon. It is Fire-Water with the ability Water Absorb.
    HP: 80
    Atk: 110
    Def: 120
    Sp Atk: 130
    Sp Def: 90
    Speed: 70
