  3. Agreed. Most definitely you are right.

    I don't even need Speedtest to come to that conclusion. But for your satisfaction:

    It's actually worse than it looks because of internet-outages. Every night from 9.30 to morning ~7 no internet. Every now and then it fluxes, et cetera, et cetera.

  5. ^I've managed to trace out the server which is practically right NEXT to my house, almost.

    Like I said, don't let the statistics fool you. It's much slower than this.
