I found something weird.

  1. There's this channel on Youtube called PronunciationGuide. In every video, they'd pronounce some words. But now they've started posting irrelevant and ominous stuff, like a call for help. Now they'e started a countdown from 77.

    Reddit, of course, is all over this shit. It looks like another Slenderman-esque type series.

  2. I'm pretty sure this is some marketing ARG (Alternate Reality Game. Look it up if you don't know what it is.). Maybe something relating to the band The XX, which is performing in New York on the 24th of September, which is when the countdown will end. (Supported by the fact that PronunciationBook did a "How to Pronounce The XX" video)

    I have been reading up clues on the wiki for this, though, and there's evidence that this stuff was planned from the very beginning of the PronunciationBook channel, which was started by a guy who is known to have started several other ARGs.

    So yeah, "just another ARG." I may get into it though.

  4. I pretty much just said that in my last post as well.  You never know, it could be just a conglomeration of multiple things.

  5. They did suggest something involved with Syria or Battlestar Galactica. Someone has struck out the BG concept, but now I'm curious. They've been mentioning This Is Milwaukee too. What's that about?
