Cult of Ustream ~ Canonical Profile Thread

  1. ~ Foreword ~


    The profile structure for the Cult of Ustream Canon has been synthesized so it matches the Wiki's, making it considerably easier for one to adapt an already-existing character page to the format, or do the exact inverse for the nonexistent ones. Do note that at this point making a profile for each and every one of your characters is NOT immediately required, but it is encouraged you do, for you will have to at one point in the future. For newcomers to the canon, making a profile is essential, running it through us for verification and approval beforehand.

    This Profile Thread will contain an index, because there will be a form of hierarchy when posting profiles. One's main and important characters are a priority to post first, so please do reserve posts accordingly. For example, I shall reserve TWO posts, one for Shadow Version 27, and the other for Espira Xirro. After this is done, secondary and supporting characters may be reserved to be later edited in with their actual profiles. The rule is one character per post, remember that.

    Personality: Although Espira's demeanor is generally cold and formal towards everyone, the invariability of the sharp, gelid exterior of her personality comes to an end to reveal a level of compassion for the sensitive subjects in her life... or even others'. Her hesitation is virtually zero when stating her opinions, as irrational as they might seem to be, and she also commits assassinations deftly and without regrets and empathy. Patience is only limited to a point, to where Espira will simply refuse to take anymore nonsense and will effectively begin displaying the hostile edges of her attitude. She is incredibly calculating, easily capable of shifting a situation to her advantage due to how quickly she processes this information.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: Overwhelming, Espira's offensive capabilities are arguably the most brutal out of the entire Cult. She generally opens the fight with combinations focused on her Illusion Dash technique whilst aiming to tear down defenses, suppressing the opponent in a tight position. Her immense versatility comes from both her ability to conjure a wide arsenal of bladed weapons and, furthermore, her extended control over blood granted by her Crimson Chain. This deathly combination effectively allows her to continue fighting and very rarely withdraw her constant assaults while barely spending Mana.

    Powers:

    --- Hematoimpery: Stemming entirely from the Crimson Chain*, Espira has shown to be experienced at manipulating blood itself as an offensive or defensive measure, limited however to the extent of her own body and the surroundings. There are truly no experimental bounds to this power as she has been able to solidify, liquefy and in once instance, vaporize blood--conserving a complete level of control under every state.

    Abilities:

    --- Augmented Capabilities: Despite being a human being, Espira's physical and mental capabilities have been exponentially enhanced due to the specialized trained she received along with Sharra, for almost her entire life. Her agility is only paralleled by Jude, as she is capable of performing a feat known as an Illusion Dash*. Factoring in brutal strength which might as well be called an inherent traits, she could acquire enough force to shatter titanium, provided the right conditions. Espira's perception is heavily tuned as well--her abilities to focus, predict, evade, attack, and counter are almost reflexive when in combat situations due to her brain immediately triggering to the experimental mode.

    --- Supplementary Magic: Being a Phantasian, she has a substantial grasp over the concept of metaphysics, and more particularly over a branch of it which involves the conjuring of weapons--or more specifically summoning them from a different dimension known as Materia in a process that could be called, by all rights, alchemic in nature. Other appliances to her magic include the incredible heightening of her overall perception, casting a veil of Mana that deviates light in order to conceal herself, changing the causal properties of her weapons, and so on.

    Techniques:

    --- Illusion Dash: Involves an extreme burst of speed that exceeds the visionary limit of onlookers, causing the motion to be simply registered as she leaving an afterimage which appears to blur out of existence. Espira herself appears nigh-instantly on the desired location with an inverted version of the optional illusion, stopping perfectly with infinitesimal inertia. The acceleration occurs immediately so there is no tell other than her position, and seeing through Illusion Dash is almost impossible under normal circumstances.

    --- Crucial Focus: Utmost magnification of the user's senses applied directly to Espira's eyes. While subject to Crucial Focus, her actual irises glow brightly as they are exposed to active Mana, forming various levels of circular layers around its area, ultimately focused on the pupil itself. Under this state, Espira's levels of analysis, reflex, and perception are exponentially enhanced, making otherwise-inhuman feats fall into her grasp. The effect is momentaneous, however, and she cannot repeatedly apply Crucial Focus to herself at the risk of overstimulating these traits, limiting its usage.

    --- Chrome Shift: Working in conjunction with her ability to call upon a virtually infinite arsenal of obsidian-based weaponry* focusing on cutting edges, Chrome Shift is an acquired technique Espira herself has perfected over the time, solely meant to apply to these weapons in order to change their specific behavior regarding the general laws of causality. The weapon acquires a distinctive coloration acting as a label, whilst keeping the overall shades and tonalities of the obsidian intact, and it is then bestowed with specific properties. For example, Blue Direct alters patterns to Espira's whim, Red Focus maliciously aims at targets, and so on. Due to the nature of these properties, Espira almost always uses them with projectile assaults.

    Equipment:

    --- Crimson Chain: The Crimson Chain is a mysterious relic from unknown origins that has been optimized for immediate usage on Espira's combat attire, though it is possible it might belong to the Crimson Meister herself, after all. It is a quite lengthy chain with eternally crimson shackles apparently made of an unidentifiable metal, devoid of imperfections or damage that the passing of time might have inflicted on it. It is a weapon--but not in the sense it might be used physically, for it does not appear to have been created with that purpose in mind, but instead, it automatically gifts the holder a power known as Hematoimpery, or manipulation of blood, set at a virtually boundless level of potential. The saturation of the chain's color depends on the quantity of blood it has drawn and stored from outside sources, and it also acquires an unnatural glow when it is triggered by Espira due to the usage of a more elaborate technique such as Blood Guard -Rend-.

    --- Obsidian Arsenal: Crafted entirely from a particularly unique of obsidian, the actual weapons can be freely conjured by Espira when needed, hence the fact she often appears to be completely weaponless; except, of course, in battle. The obsidian used has an astounding purity and, although lightweight, its unnaturally strong composition permits it to easily glide through flesh and metal. It is, in reality, called Gods' Obsidian, which is powered by an energy known as Faith. Available weapons include her signature "Obsidian Blade", which is a beautifully ornate sword engraved with symbols and appears to be the embodiment of Espira's fighting style; nondescript, standard blades that are substantially weaker than the aforementioned one; patterned daggers bearing the same symmetric, curved design on the guard; and finally, short aesthetic knives with triangular blades bearing openings on them so as to reduce air friction when launched.

    Strengths: Combining her fighting style, her heightened perception, her brutal strength, her amazing agility and ridiculous versatility, Espira's focus on physical combat makes fighting her by such means a nightmare if one is not properly prepared for what is to come. Without proper restrictive measures, she is potentially able to dramatically shift the outcomes of a particular scenario very quickly; and her agility allows her to evade with relative ease.

    Weaknesses: Despite the aforementioned factors, Espira is still a normal human being, which makes her definitely susceptible physically when compared to other Cultists. Furthermore, having been previously killed by a gun, this further evidences that Espira is not efficient and instead vulnerable when dealing with gun-wielding opponents, though this does not limit her ability to fight. She is extremely cautious with them, however.

    ~ Other ~

    History: [To Be Revealed]

    Relations: Even though she has been in the Cult of Ustream for nearly two months, she has a more or less neutral opinion of every other Cultist, but it can fluctuate just as easily for respect, to her, is something which is gained. Her friendship with Shadow is, although seeming like superficial care about the Diclonius at simple glances, a definite stronger bond among everyone else, as she will undoubtedly look out for him, and viceversa. Ziolang and Vale are notable mentions, as well, for after having fought both, Espira has come to actually regard them as worthy opponents, not just mere acquaintances. She also respects the Sky Serpent known as Starr, simply because of the fact she was the one who brought her back to life the day Shadow arrived to Ustream, Euthora.

    Trivia:

    • Espira was originally meant to be a Touhou character for the Roleplay "Normality in the Realm", but she has become a fully-established character within the canons of the Cult of Ustream and Oblivion Phantasy.
    • Most of her important techniques conserve their Spell Card nomenclature and furthermore reference other patterns and/or characters in the Touhou universe, with the most relevant mention being Sakuya Izayoi, for obvious reasons.
    • Her appearance with Shadow in the Cult of Ustream Canon is one stemming from the alternate possibility she would have been sent to the world of Euthora, as opposed to continuing with Oblivion Phantasy ~ Forsaken Malign.

    Jason "Kuda" Shaver

    Age: 16

    Gender: Male

    Species: Euthoran Shapeshifter (Fera Mutat Speciem)

    Appearance: Jason is somewhat lanky, with a pale complexion on a somewhat skinny frame. His jet-black hair is untidy and a fair bit longer than he likes it, though never getting in the way of his sharp emerald-green eyes. The most notable thing about his eyes is their luminosity, as they seem to give off a faint glow, improving his low-light vision. He wears a loose, black t-shirt and faded black jeans, as well as a pentagram necklace that is often tucked into his shirt. On his back a quiver is strapped, along with his signature weapon- a composite longbow. Attached to his waist is an ornate sheath carrying a dagger should Jason decide to get closer to his opponent. All of Jason's animal forms are black with green eyes, even if this coloration is impossible in nature.

    Personality: Jason is aloof and solitary among almost all members of the Cult, which often seems contradictory to his role as leader. He can, however, be social when needed or among friends, and will willingly step in to help. While he can be aggressive and dominant, especially among others of his own kind, he is friendly once one gains his trust and proves to have a rather quick mind. His common sense rarely rules, however, and he can be very reckless and impulsive, often needing to be reminded by Mimring to tone it down a notch. As with most Durasken-born Shapeshifters, Jason nurses a strong dislike of humans and a fierce hatred of experiments, clones, constructs, and just about any other type of artificial being. Of course, this often puts him at odds with Lord X-Giga-X...

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style:
    Jason is a relatively cautious fighter at the beginning of a battle, preferring to stay at a distance until he learns how his opponent fights. Once this is accomplished, he adapts his strategy of combat in order to win. He is built for and fully capable of switching between ranged combat and close quarters combat.

    Powers:

    --- Shapeshifting:

    --- Dracomancy: Jason can control dragons. He has a dragon familiar, Mimring. Additionally, he managed to take a dragon and bind another as a familiar when he was untrained, showing his natural talent at dracomancy.

    --- Shadowimpery: A discovery made upon the first time using his Darkwing Firedrake form in combat, Jase has a severely limited ability to manipulate dark energy. He is only able to use this in his Darkwing Firedrake form, and due to research believes it is genetic.

    Abilities:

    --- Enhanced Senses:
    As a Shapeshifter, Jason's senses are incredibly acute, especially his hearing, sense of smell, and lowlight vision. These are often twice the strength or more than is normal for that particular form. Jason takes great pride in his senses.

    --- Enhanced Reflexes and Agility: Yet another thing that comes from his species. A Shapeshifter's reflexes are incredible and almost qualify as precognitive if honed. His agility comes from a special chemical created by his body, known as Asyentine. This is very similar to adrenaline in composition and purpose, except that it gives more energy and stimulates his DNA to recode for shapeshifting.

    Equipment:

    --- Flaming Burst Composite Longbow:
    By far his most commonly seen weapon, this intricately carved compound bow is made from an unnamed substance, though it has been implied it was carved from dragon horn. Though the bow carries the name "Flaming Burst", this trait is actually attributed to the arrows. These arrows are black with red tips and will erupt in flames upon hitting their target, yet the arrow itself remains unharmed by the explosion.

    --- Shardifi Dagger: A silver-steel alloy dagger with no special properties other than being coated in a mithril-orichalcum alloy created from melted dragon scales. Jason stole it from Drake Kuro during the events of CoU2.

    Strengths: Jason, as a shapeshifter, has extremely sharp senses, often double the strength of a normal human's(or whatever form he happens to be in), especially his hearing and night vision. His reflexes are also very good, derived from not just the animal side's survival instinct but also from living for years on the run from Death. In his Darkwing Firedrake form, he is resistant to heat and darkness-based attacks. He has a high enough metabolism that poisons and illness work through his system quickly, rendering them nearly useless, or at least mitigated. His body has a defense mechanism so that if he is badly hurt, he automatically shifts, which heals him slightly.

    Weaknesses: While his acute senses are normally a good thing, Jason's incredible hearing makes him abnormally vulnerable to all sound-based attacks, while his lowlight vision causes him to easily be blinded by bright flashes. His metabolism is so high that he spends energy quickly, and he must eat about his weight in meat roughly every three and a half days or risk starving to death. Like most shapeshifters, he has severe claustrophobia, sometimes becoming almost manic if he is confined in too small a space for too long a time. He is also paranoid and impulsive, which also comes from the shapeshifter survival instinct. His greatest fear, however, is to lose his Familiar, Mimring. He will fiercely defend Mimring with his own life in order to see that no harm befalls the dragon.

    ~ Other ~

    History:

    Childhood Discovery
    While it is unclear exactly where Jason was born, he grew up in Jeirno, Durasken with the shapeshifter-human hybrid Ganso, both of them being raised by Ganso's shapeshifter father after he recieved Jase from an unknown woman who tasked him to take care of the boy. As soon as Jase shifted into a black wolf pup at two years old it was clear that he was a shapeshifter, and it soon became apparent that he was not a hybrid like his adoptive brother due to his overall personality, however he did not display any other forms.

    Like all that live in Durasken he was taught from a young age that dragons were the enemy. He usually disregarded this like most children his age, preferring to hang out with Ganso and his scarce friends at the foothills of the mountains near town, until it got dark and the children would scatter to get home. However, while he usually walked back home with Ganso, one evening he encouraged the hybrid to go on ahead without him- he wanted to explore a little and test his growing hunting skills. As Ganso shrugged and headed back into town, Jase agilely wandered around the mountain's base, turning into his rather gangly wolf form upon catching the scent of deer. Nearly as soon as he came upon it, a gray dragon swooped down, grabbing the deer in his own claws. Startled and in sheer panic, Jase leapt back, going into his human form by some instinct that to this day he doesn't understand, and promptly tripped on the uneven ground. As the dragon curiously turned its attention towards Jase, the young shapeshifter found himself concentrating on it- the dracomancy in him finally finding an outlet and bubbling to the surface in order to deal with the threat. The dragon, not expecting this, quickly fell under the influence and introduced himself as Stormshaper to the alarmed and untrained dracomancer. But Jase had another problem to worry about- dracomancy was illegal in Durasken, and if anyone found out, he would be killed on the spot.

    Fleeing Durasken
    Jase spent much of the next few days secretly getting ready to renege and escape before anyone found out and turned him in. This is what began his infamous paranoia- he kept his plans secret from even Ganso, who at the time was his closest friend. While Ganso's father disregarded his eleven-year-old adopted son's behavior as a quirk most full-blooded shapeshifters have- a certain aloofness, as shapeshifters are a generally solitary species- Ganso kept as close an eye on Jase as he could, sometimes following him as a hawk to see where the shapeshifter was going. However, Ganso was unable to keep up with the wolf form's camoflague.

    Jase used his free time to head up to where Stormshaper's lair was so the two could plan their trip. Storm was very willing to aid his new master- he'd taken quite a liking to the child and was determined to make sure Jase was safe. The night before Jase left Jeirno, he snuck into a weapons shop to steal a composite longbow and a quiver of arrows. Neither Ganso nor his father were able to find him the next day, though they noticed a few of his belonings were missing- Jase had taken them and by this time was on Stormshaper's back as they headed south, towards the territorial border between Durasken and the unsettled region of Ustream- and straight into the territory of another dragon.

    The Firedrake of Darkshroud Pass
    Jase and Storm continued their flight southward for a few days in a slightly wandering fashion as if unsure of their destination, pausing only to rest and let Storm hunt for the duo. At one point the two found a mountain ridge that overlooked a nice valley and decided to stay there in order to regain their energy. They had scarcely been there an hour before an angry roar sounded above them- the resident dragon, a brilliant golden-copper Plated Firedrake. The two ducked out of the way as the firedrake released a stream of flame before landing, declaring himself to be Mimring Thunderscale, and angrily challenging Storm, who had no right to be there. The gray refused, but the indignant firedrake was not to be brushed off so easily and flew at Storm to attack him. Now knowing he was able to do this, Jase concentrated on Mimring to try to calm him- until Mimring sensed the dracomancy and slashed at Jase, breaking the shapeshifter's concentration. However, this was enough for Storm to gain the upper claw and he managed to pin Mimring, struggling with the other dragon until Mimring, with a savage roar, shot out a torrent of black fire. After that, the firedrake easily broke away in a sudden burst of strength. Jase readied his bow in case Mimring attacked, but instead, the dragon flew off into the cloudline, leaving Jase mystified.

    No more than a minute had passed before Storm cried out in warning, which was enough for Jase to drop to the ground, instinct and reflexes saving him from the firedrake now engulfed in black fire who had tried to catch the dracomancer off guard by coming in from behind. Dracomancy influenced his instinct here and he somehow knew Mimring was now not in his right mind, and so he concentrated full-force on Mimring, half of him wanting to just make sure Mimring was under control and the other half wanting to ensure that the firedrake would not be a slave through no fault of his own. The result was something Jase had not remotely expected- almost immediately after he had tried to influence Mimring a link was established, a powerfully brilliant psychic bond more powerful than the one he had with Storm, which allowed him to feel the primal, feral instincts without them affecting him as they did Mimring. He also felt the dragon's energy depleting as he fought with Storm- and a split second before it happenned he knew that Mimring was going to fall unconscious from exhaustion.

    Life-Partner's Bond
    Jason stayed near Mimring's side until the dragon awoke. This took several hours, however when Mimring did regain consciousness he jerked back from Jason, growling by intinct, until calming down as he felt the dracomancy linking him to the shapeshifter. Though Mimring was distrustful to the extreme at first, Jason and Stormshaper together were able to convince Mimring that they meant no harm. Mimring eventually accepted this, if only because he felt the truth of those words in Jason's own mind due to the master-familiar bond. However, neither master nor familiar were sure that they wanted to be linked, but neither were aware that the link could be easily severed.

    The next few days were spent in Mimring's territory; Mimring wasn't sure he wanted to leave his home but didn't want to let Jason leave without him. He wasn't sure what the reason behind this was, but the two were quickly growing to be rather fond of each other- perhaps a side effect of their bond. This grew to be so powerful that when Jason announced to his two dragons that he was going to head back to Jeirno to talk to a friend about something, the firedrake insisted upon coming with the other two.

    A Quick Reunion
    Jason rode Stormshaper back to where the two had met, with Mimring following simply because he didn't know the way. When they reached the mountains where Jason had discovered his dracomancy, he told the two dragons to wait for him there. They agreed, and Jason shapeshifted into his wolf form and ran into the city, turning back into his human form upon reaching Jeirno's gates. Memory served him well here, for he easily found his way to his old house and lightly rapped on the door. To his relief, Ganso answered.

    Ganso was excited to see Jason again, but the latter cut the former off and said in a strained voice that he needed to show Ganso something. And so Jason led the very confused Ganso out of the city and up the mountain path to a ridge below where Stormshaper and Mimring were waiting. Upon Jason's mental word, the two dragons swooped down onto the ridge behind their master. Ganso jumped back and formed a void in his panic, warning the dragons not to come closer, and Mimring growled before Jason quieted him. Then Jason introduced both sides to each other and reassured them that neither side would hurt the other, then explained what had happened to him and his current situation.

    Ganso listened warily, but finally was more than willing to help his adopted brother. He went back into town briefly to get Jason some supplies, then urged Jason to flee south into the wilds of Ustream- which was largely unsettled and so Jason would be safe from Durasken's laws and persecutions. Jason thanked the hybrid, climbed onto the back of one of his dragons, and the three went south, straight towards Ustream.

    Relations: Jason is typically neutral-friendly with the other cultists. The few exceptions are Lord X-Giga-X and his group, whom Jason dislikes with the exception of Deathstorm. Jason has a good friendhip with the Shadow Drake, as well as the rest of his dragons. He also seems to be forming a friendship with Kyton Haryn.

    Trivia: Jason is highly skilled at playing the flute, however he usually stops when someone is listening.

    Mimring Thunderscale

    Age: Approx. 25

    Gender: Male

    Species: Plated Firedrake (Draco Ignus Loricatus)

    Appearance:

    --- Normal:
    At about 35 feet long with a 45-foot wingspan, Mimring has brilliantly metallic golden copper scales with darker copper plates along his neck, back, tail, wings, and limbs. Two swept-back ivory horns decorate his crested head, which sports a beaklike snout with a very sharp but small nose horn. Just below his horns are his ears and two colorful red-and-green fans, which flare open as a warning when Mimring is angry. His eyes are sharp and almost the exact same shade of green as Jason's, and his underbelly and wing membranes are a light golden bronze. His front legs are armed with two long blades at the joints, and three ivory claws. His back legs are very similar, but instead sport just one blade. From the plates on his back grow long, thin spines, tipped with black, until halfway down the tail, the tip of which is armed with a wicked blade. This blade is silver-black and very light, though sturdy and difficult to break.

    --- Advanced: Mimring's Advanced form is slightly bigger, stands on two legs, and is almost fully covered with golden-copper plates. He has four horns in this form, plus the blade on his tale is about twice the size and positioned like a switchblade rather than a razor. This blade is not often seen as it can fold into the scales on the tail to prevent it from dulling. His claws are almost crystalline and his fire, while having the same effects, is much more vibrant. Mimring's head is also slightly blunter, and his eyes are somewhat overshadowed by the thick plate that protects his head, but they are still a brilliant, glowing green that can be seen easily in dim lighting.

    Personality: Mimring is generally calm and cool-headed around most members of the Cult, but can become high-strung and aggressive around other dragons and absolutely ferocious if Jason is threatened. Vigilant and careful, Mimring can be considered Jason's guardian of sorts, and a "voice of reason" to keep his master grounded and on-course. By instinct, Mimring is highly protective of those he cares about, and will put his life on the line to defend them, but his main priority is and always will be Jason.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style:
    Mimring has an aggressive, fierce fighting style that can easily switch between ranged and close quarters. At a distance, he uses his Spectrum Firebreath; when closer to his enemy, he will resort to claws, teeth, and the blades on his tail and forelegs. Conversely, he makes a very good support due to his healing fire, and even a "tank" of sorts due to his armored plates. Other than attacking, Mimring relies promarily on speed and agility in battle, especially in aerial combat.

    Powers:

    --- Spectrum Firebreath:
    Mimring's primary and most famous ability lies in his fire, which has different effects depending on what color it is:
    *** Orange-red: This is traditional dragonfire, with no real effects other than burning the target.
    *** Blue: Basically ice breath, this carries the secondary element of ice and freezes rather than burns.
    *** Green: Used for breaking barriers, such as forcefields, this fire adapts to the barrier blocking it, temporarily taking on a trait that allows it to destroy the barrier. The fire must make prolonged contact with the barrier for it to work, and it takes longer if the fire has not been used to counter that particular type of barrier before.
    *** Yellow: This re-energizes the target, making them feel rested and ready to continue fighting.
    *** White: This has healing properties, but not of wounds that caused death or of internal injuries(such as broken bones- the fire has to make contact with the wound). It cannot heal the life back into a dead body.
    *** Gold: This revives the target from death, healing its wounds provided the body is still relatively intact. It cannot restore or reattach a lost limb and cannot revive a corpse that has been decapitated.
    *** Black: Sort of an uber-powerful fiery blast that only happens when he's gravely injured or angry, though Mimring has learned to use this fire on command as a last resort. He nearly always falls unconscious from the expenditure of energy afterward, though this seems to happen more rarely if done on command.

    Abilities:

    --- Demon Energy:
    Mimring was given "Demon Energy" by Ziolang to keep him alive long enough for Jason to be revived after having his soul taken by Death. Mimring has not yet figured out the potential of this energy, but it has seemed to make him more volatile and aggressive.

    --- Enhanced Speed and Agility: Firedrakes are very lean, agile dragons, and despite their armor, Plated Firedrakes are perhaps the fastest breed of armored dragon on Euthora. Mimring is no exception. His sheer aerial acrobatics are nearly unrivalled among the cult's dragons.

    --- Enhanced Senses: Most dragons have extremely clear vision, surpassing that of eagles. Mimring has this as well, and can see the ground perfectly clearly even when flying among the clouds. His hearing and sense of smell, while not as stellar as his vision, are better than that of most humans and nonsentient animals.

    --- Resistance to Heat: All Firedrake subspecies are well-known for their tolerance of heat, to the point where some individuals can surround themselves in flame or even lair in the lava of active volcanos. This comes from the composition of their scales- which include mithril and orichalcum- and the dragon's blood, as well as their general affinity with flame.

    Equipment:

    --- Stone of Advancing:
    Mimring was given this stone-like scale by Lord X-Giga-X. It contains a powerful energy that, at command, allows the dragon to ascend to a state known as the Advanced Formation. When Mimring takes this form, he rises onto his hind legs as his body is covered with coppery-golden armor, and his speed, agility, and strength are greatly enhanced. This state lasts for about one hour.

    Strengths: Mimring, as mentioned before, is extremely fast and agile in the air. When fighting alongside Jason, the Familiar link allows the both of them to not only communicate telepathically but also to "see" through each others' eyes. As a Plated Firedrake, Mimring is resistant to heat. His vision clarity as well as his speed and reflex make him a formidable opponent.

    Weaknesses: Because of his size, Mimring has proven to be a large target. He is vulnerable to the same bright light that his master is due to his sharp eyes. His innate- and increased- aggression, while it helps him fight, makes it sometimes difficult for him to determine when to back down. His protectiveness of Jason may be used against him- if one knows what one is doing- and killing Jason will result in Mimring's death after a roughly 12-hour delay.

    History:

    Relations: Mimring is typically neutral towards the other cultists. However, he is friendly with Stormshaper and Deathstorm, and loves Jason as one would love close family. He distrusts Kyton and Lord X-Giga-X, but tolerates their presence. Mimring may treat his brother Starlight with anything from haughty disdain to a vicious hatred, depending on the circumstances, and may act dominant around any other dragon.

    Trivia: Certain aspects of Mimring's body shape and demeanor suggest that he may be a hybrid with another species, such as the sheer size of his claws and blades, his abnormal aggression towards other dragons even before being given Demon Energy, and the sharpness of his wing plates.

    Appearance: Lord X-Giga-X stands at a height of 6'2". His skin is covered by a layer of darkness, which gives it a bluish-gray color. His right eye is red and his left eye is blue. He has green hair which is similar to the hair of Terra (character from the Kingdom Hearts series), the only difference being three strands of hair which covers parts of his forehead. Immediately below his eyes are two green, triangular markings.

    He wears a sleeveless purple shirt, which bears a black symbol that looks like a vertical straight line connecting the top of the shirt to the kanatana for fu (フ). This covers up a dark grey, striped long-sleeve shirt. His pants are also grey and striped, and appear to be ripped at the bottom. He wears a utility belt, which he uses to carry his death ray. On both hands, he wears black, fingerless gloves with holes in the back to allow dark energy to flow out of his hands. He wears iron boots on his feet.

    The most noticeable part of his outfit is his black cape. Occasionally, Lord X-Giga-X will allow his cape to fall into bad condition, usually being excessively torn or having huge holes in it. And occasionally, he won't be wearing one at all. This usually occurs after he burns a cape in respect for each of his fallen team members.

    Personality: Lord X-Giga-X is one of the cult's more serious members. He's never in any mood to take any complete idiocy from anyone, as shown with crazE and two particular members of his own team.
    Lord X-Giga-X, however, is also one of the more secretive members of the cult. He tends not to share information about himself or his personal matters with anyone except the members of his small group, and he intends to keep it that way. As such, the other members of the cult don't know a lot about the man.
    For an unexplained reason, Lord X-Giga-X has a particular hatred of sky serpents. As a result, he frequently finds himself in arguments with Starrmalia and Shockwing.

    Fighting Style:
    Lord X-Giga-X typically focuses on long ranged attacks, while being able to switch into close range should it be necessary.

    Powers:

    --- Shadowimpery: Lord X-Giga-X's primary power is manipulation of darkness. Using this, he can perform a variety of attacks such as small energy bursts, energy streams, lightning blasts, and lasers. At other times, he will us darkness to fly or teleport. He has also trained himself to redirect, absorb, or even disperse dark energy used against him.
    ------- Symbol Lock: A technique passed onto him by his father, Lord X-Giga-X creates the symbol imprinted on his shirt and then uses it to seal a person's shadowimpery. Once placed, the symbol remains on the victim until a person able to perform this technique removes the symbol themself. This technique was used to seal Darkside's shadowimpery, and it remains in effect.
    ------- Dark Supernova: A self-proclaimed "Eternal Black Doom", Lord X-Giga-X uses a vast amount of dark energy to replicate a supernova.

    --- Dracoimpery: Lord X-Giga-X had the ability to control dragons since birth, but was was not completely aware of it until a few months after he appeared on Ustream. Even then, his first use of this ability occured when he met Grodisflare on Earth. With this ability, he has control over the armored wyvern, Deathstorm, and Cosmic Meteor Dexus. He does not have a familiar, though he does have an idea of who he wants as one...


    Abilities:

    --- Zero-Light Vision: Lord X-Giga-X's vision allows him to see well in areas of low light or even zero light.

    --- Stone of Advancing: A harded, stone-like scale used to transforms a dragon into an advanced level of potential. He obtained 20 of these in a temple hidden in the Glixis Chasm. He currently has 19 of them left in possession, having given the other to Mimring. He uses three of them for Grodisflare, Cosmic Meteor Dexus, and Deathstorm, although these three stones are frequently under the possession of the dragons.

    --- Gamma-X Ray Lord X-Giga-X's death ray which fires off blasts of gamma radiation. Potentially lethal, although if the victim survives a blast from the ray, they usually end up suffering from a radiation-related illness.

    Strengths: Lord X-Giga-X ability to see well in zero lighting gives him an advantage against people who normal would be unable to see.

    Weaknesses: Lord X-Giga-X cannot handle extremely bright flashes of light, being temporarily blinded by them as a result.

    Relations: If there is anyone that most people in the cult has ended up in an argument with on several occasions, it's definitely Lord X-Giga-X. A few examples of this would be Jason Shaver for several reasons, Starrmalia and Shockwing because of his hatred of sky serpents, and crazE because of his overall personality.

    Within the cult, Lord X-Giga-X is slowly building a team for some purpose. Current members include his best friend, Grodisflare; his other two dragons, Deathstorm and Cosmic Meteor Dexus; and his clones, Xibu Uif G and Giag. They all are actual members of the cult, though mainly act under the word of their leader, except for Deathstorm, who is still mentally linked to Jason.

    Lord X-Giga-X has a brother and father who have yet to be identified.

    The crimson-scaled Grodisflare stands at 42 feet on four legs rather than the standard two for wyverns. His purple eyes show his natural agression. His back, wings and head are covered by a thick layer of mithril plates, which act as armor against attacks. He wears large, rock-like bracelets around his frontal feet. His hind feet are colored a brownish-black and have a worn-out appearance, giving the appearance that he is wearing boots. On his back is a large, black Z, a marking placed by his former familiar, a dracoimperist simply known as "Z".

    --- Advanced Form: In his advanced form, Grodisflare continues to stand on his four leg is much bigger, having a lenght of 55 feet. Silver plates cover most of his body, providing a new layer of protection for the armored wyvern. A more notable feature of his form is that Grodisflare has four additional heads, showing off his hydra blood. From right to left:
    ------The first head is neon yellow, having sparks of electricity occasionally coming off of it. Its eyes are colored black
    ------The second head is a dark blue with a large fin running down the back of it. While its eyes are normal shut, it has been known to have blue eyes.
    ------The neck of the center head is covered by a thick layer of stone. A series of spikes of various types of gemstones runs down the back of its head and neck. Its eyes are purple, having the same agressed look as Grodisflare in his normal form.
    ------The fourth head is made of magma. It is covered by a thick layer of volcanic rock, having a few holes running along the neck, and two on the sides of the head which expose its neon green eyes.
    ------The last head is light blue with thick layers of ice covering the head and bottom half of the neck.


    Personality: Grodisflare generally has an agression to him, as is the nature of his species. He particularly hates it when people mock his intelligence when, despite his fragmented speech pattern, he is actually a rather intelligent dragon. Although, given the fact that he has hydra blood running through him, his agression actually could be a lot worse.



    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style:
    Grodisflare focuses on distancing himself from his opponents, and thus attacks them from a safe distance. Should he find himself at close range, he will attempt to use his tail to try to get the foe away from him.

    Powers:

    --- Geoimpery:
    Grodisflare has the ability to manipulate earth. He can perform basic techniques such as control large boulders and shoot spikes and pillars from the ground. Although, he has shown to be able to recover damage to the ground by closing up large rips and removing evidence of craters. This provides evidence that he can perform the reverse, and thus be able to create craters and trenches.

    --- Telekinesis: Grodisflare has the ability to move observeable matter using his mind. He doesn't really use this ability often, though.

    Abilities:

    --- Selective Digestion/Magic Stomach:
    Grodisflare has the ability to store objects in his stomach, and keep them from being digested in the stomach acids. This allows him to store various objects in his stomach. He normal stores his Stone of Advancing, weapons, and other important tools in his stomach. Most people have refered to this as his "magic stomach", while Lord X-Giga-X refers to it as Grodisflare's "selective-digestion", as Grodisflare has active control of what to digest and what not to digest.

    A golden, stone-like scale used to temporarily transform Grodisflare into his advanced form. He frequently carries this in his stomach.

    Strengths: As an Armored Wyvern, most of Grodisflare's body is covered by a thick layer of mithril plates. Thus, he has a natural, relatively strong defense against attacks.

    Weaknesses: As an Armored Wyvern, Grodisflare is a rather slow dragon. His slow movement makes it difficult for him to avoid some attacks directed at him.

    Deathstorm is about 34 feet in length with a wingspan of 46 feet, with midnight blue scales covering most of his body. At the top of his head is a large, body crested colred a slightly darker shade of blue. Underneath his red, stil-pupilled eyes are a second pair of eyes, exactly the same color as the first pair. This pair of eyes is normally shut unless he has need for it. The wings of the Shadow Drake are tipped black. A boney fan resides on his whiplike tail.

    --- Advanced Form: Deathstorm is slightly bigger in his advanced form, although he still stands on all four of his legs. His scales are colored a slightly darker shade of blue. His head is covered by a boney, helmet-like structure of black opal. This material is also visible covering the rest of his body (except for wings, neck, and tail), acting as a form of armor. Along Deathstorm's neck are 16 more eyes, all a darker shade of red.

    Personality: Deathstorm is a rather calm and friendly dragon. He is also much more social than Charos and Cassiel. Thus, he has made friends with many members of the cult, especially Jason Shaver. As it is his duty to protect Ustream and those who live in it, he is always willing to aid other members of the cult when he can.
    While normally not agressive, he's known to show some agression when people close to him have been put in danger.

    CrazE stands at 6' exactly, having dark brown hair (usually close-cropped, however he occasionally grows it out slightly. When he does, it looks slightly unkept, and yet in a charming manner that fits) and hazel eyes that seem to switch from mostly brown to mostly green. He has a lean figure, having a lot of tone and slight muscle build, however not so much that he become Arnold-size. His /usual/ casual attire consists of a white T- with a verdant green E insignia upon the center of his torso, comfortable blue jeans and thin black Converse shoes.

    For special occasions or to look classy, he sports a golden colored T- with an emerald-colored E insignia upon it, dark blue tight jeans, and gold-lined black Converse. He also adorns his head with a black fedora, a small golden buckle on the left side.

    Personality: CrazE is a very fun-loving, kooky person, having a boyish attitude and a consistent upward spirit. He is usually found being hyper, performing strange actions or doing unorthodox activities, such as stuffing a toaster with pickles. His whacky and insane attitude detours some, but once you look past the crazy part of him, you'll find a loving, caring, happy and high-spirited person who has the intelligence no one would ever guess from his insane behavior. When one looks deep into him as his past, one will find that he isn't the happy person he plays off all the time....

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: CrazE has no true tactic, going completely on improvisation. Having a quick mind and a high attitude, it seems that's all he really needs to face foes.

    Powers:

    --- Randomness: Uncovered on his days on Earth, crazE has found the power of Randomness. CrazE can conjure anything to his will or when in need; however, whatever appears is completely random. A risky power, but tactful for one who can improvise upon demand.

    --- Exploding: CrazE, as a fetus within his mother, had his genetics altered ever so slightly that his being became... explosive. CrazE's skin is highly explosive, set off by a signal from the mind that causes the chemical reaction of each tiny cell to combust with a high amount of energy. His skin, once exploding, will instantly regenerate with new layers. As to how his clothing stays on after the explosion, no one knows.

    Over time of using and his body slowly adapting with explosions, crazE has been able to perform more powerful and complex explosive techniques, including being able to set off the power of the sun, known as "Fission" form.

    --- Teleporting: One day in the world, crazE stumbled upon a rock out of nowhere, probably the most ridiculous thing to hear. However, the rock itself glowed and shifted consistently, a strange energy about it. Upon picking it up, crazE's form glowed with the same energy, and in moments the stone disappeared into his form. Next thing you know, crazE disappeared in a blue flash, reappearing atop HQ albeit to him being miles from it. CrazE still attempts to figure out why or how, but thanks to the strange occurance of this stone, his body can warp to any one place. However, his power of randomness seems to meddle with the power itself, giving a risk to the power for crazE.

    Abilities:

    --- Explosive-proof: crazE's skeletal structure, muscles, organs, and all other vital parts of his body are very dense and anti-flammable and shock-proof, giving defense to crazE's own explosions and other explosions/pressure waves around him. Organs sensitive to pressure (ears, eyes, etc.) also have a powerful defense, having a slightly different structure to be able to take the punishment of crazE's defense system.

    --- Mind of a Scientist: CrazE, coming from a great line of revolutionaries, has an advanced and quick mind compared to most other humans, even if he never usually shows it.

    Equipment:

    --- Void: CrazE has in his possession what is known as a "void", a small pouch known to contain a highly condensed dimension into the small red bag. It is held closed and prevented from being obliterated by the much larger and free dimension of which this universe is by a thick golden rope, its properties unknown. The red velvet-like pouch's properties are also unknown, also as to how this magical item has come into existence.

    Strengths: CrazE's main strength is adaptation and improvisation. He can perform quick-thinking actions on demand and provide problem-solving skills in moments. His natural defense system of exploding is also a powerful asset when there's nothing left to use.

    Weaknesses: CrazE's power of randomness has the biggest drawback of not providing the necessary tool for a situation. Even though it is useful in the case that crazE may call upon anything to aid him, that "anything" is very loose in what can appear, and may turn the battle against him completely. CrazE also displays his lack of true caring in a battle, stuck in a still-kooky and happy bliss during battle (unless however, people he cares and loves become threatened), which is a truly bad tactic in battle and leaves crazE in a sense virtually wide open for quick precision strikes.

    ~ Other ~

    History: CrazE's past isn't really known to the cult. However, what /is/ known so far is that his older brother is dead and left behind a massive amount of riches and a research corperation known as "crazEcorp" (named after the family name), of which is still running and researching, and that a dark machine known as the Black Assassin had been hunting down and killing his family lineage, him and his cousin Valerie as far as he knows being the only family left of his heritage. To those who wish to know more, hopefully he will shed more light. However, whenever he does, his personality completely changes to that of a dark figure, a deep and sorrowful spirit. The transition causes him to avoid ever speaking about his past.

    Relations: CrazE, being one of the original members of the Cult when it began, has become friends with all (debatable with Giga). However, sometime ago, crazE had grown feelings toward the sky serpent known as Starr, beginning to show his interest toward her more and more, and soon enough they were found coupled. What came off as a shock to all, not two weeks barely starting a relationship together, Starr produced a sky serpent egg, implying that their passions had grown great during the relationship and overcame them. A very quick kick into a much deeper relation, both crazE and Starr (after many fights, arguments, and conflicts) decided it best that they keep the egg and tend for it between another, however unexpected it was. A few weeks later, cracking was heard, and not one, but two small serpents revealed themselves- twins. The joyful happening then completely bonded the two, now closer than before caring for their two little children.

    With other relations, crazE and the enigmatic Shadow seem to have known each other before the cult's existence, shown by their meeting together after the Diclonius appeared at HQ with a severely wounded Espira. Since then, their meetings seemed to dwindle as Shadow began socializing with the other cultists.

    Personality: To the general Cult, Starr can range from a plethora of many personalities. Each personality changes depending on each person. However, she seems to retain a highly cocky and smug personality- thinking she is much better than others simply because she is smart. When it comes to her family, she is strong, sincere, soothing, and strangely assertive/prideful. As she has stated before, she cares for no-one but herself and her family, and shows it.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: Although Starr is not a fighter, her sort of combat form is close quarters combat and muay thai. The speed in which she strikes with her arms is incredible- or so some say.

    Powers: Eon Energy: Starr has the ability to manipulate Eon energy and use this fast, time-space energy to conduct various attacks both known and not to the cult.

    Pulsation and Air Frequency Distortion: As a Royale Serpent hybrid cross-breeded with a Psydrake, Starr has the ability to manipulate the pulses of force emitted by just about anything. Besides that, she can manipulate air frequencies in order to create Air-Lock domes.

    Abilities:

    --- Serpent Speed: As we all know, Serpents posses one of the greatest speedy strikes known to man. To Starr, however, she does not lack that part of her. Her slim body can move quite rapidly- although not at the same level of speed as Espira and Vale, Starr is considerably fast. Especially with striking.

    Equipment:

    --- Grenian Plasma Restraints: A pair of crome-like cuffs which release a cyan electrical chain once one cuff clamps onto a wrist. This restraint is said to paralyze and sting immensely, thus....hinting it's an old Grenian pair of cuffs from aprox 30 to 35 years ago.

    Strengths: Being a serpent, Starr has no fear of any animal, big or small. It is said that light energy gives her a boost in stamina- although that is true, other things such as sunlight increases her speed and strength. Starr can also switch her sight from normal to lowlight to UV and even infared/heat vision.

    Weaknesses: Sadly, unlike her mother, Starr is hopelessly weak to extremely cold temperatures. Since Starr rarely fights, it is unknown as to what she is weak against at this point.

    Relations: Starr seems to be antisocial, to say at least. However, she seems to retain a strong bond with her human mate, CrazE. Also, she holds a slight sister-like bond to CrazE's cousin Valerie and her cousin Gaga whom she has yet to confirm their blood-ties together. Upon her time in the cult, she has formed friendships with Shadow, Vale, and has formed an unbreakable bond with her familiar Shockwing.     Appearance:

    Dark is a seven-foot, six-inch tall Lycan with a rather bog-standard coloring, what with being primarily grey with a whitish chest area. He has a sort of mopish head of light red hair that reaches half-way down his neck at the back and over his vivid red eyes at the front. The tip of his tail is the same color as his hair to flow nicely with his overall appearance. What sets him apart from most other Lycans is his bat-like wingspan that is equal in length to his heigh, which is obviously used for flight. However, instead of this span being entirely organic, the wing leathers are composed of a semisolid, pale red Ki, with only the bone structure being of an odd black bone. Clothing-wise, he tends to not wear any torso-covering garment out of practicality -- unless they are tailored specifically for someone of his mysterious body type, any shirts will obstruct his wings. Instead, he focuses his style on any pants, shoes, headgear and accessories he wears, not the least of which being the watch on his right arm. He can usually be found in dyed-black jeans with chains attached to the belt loops, sneakers and a bandana, but sometimes foregoes the bandana entirely, along with his watch and sword -- Silverlight -- on his back and his SGA-250 guitar usually kept with his friend Jude, but when he has it, it is in place of Silverlight, which moves to his left hip.

    Going more in-depth with his general appearance and body type, he is of a moderately toned build to reflect how his strain of vampiriam affects him -- instead of being primarily based on speed and therefore having a lower weight like Jude, Dark instead is bigger-boned, as well as toned, which lends itself to a heavier weight -- he clocks in at around two-hundred and fifty pounds overall, most of it the aforementioned bone and muscle mass. Because of this, not only does he not wear upper body clothing because of his wings, but the clothing he does wear is generally too big for anyone else, mostly due to his height.


    Personality:

    Dark can be best described as a laid-back, fun-loving guy who enjoys being in the air. He is of the personality archetype that fights not only for his own merits, but for the good of everyone involed and the world he lives in. He has a strong set of morals and an even stronger sense of justice to back up those morals -- he will not give up until any perceived evil is vanquished and all of his companions are safe from any further threats. At rest and during times of peace, he keeps this personality, but adds to it a tendency to eat everything he can fit his mouth around. He doesn't know why he does this, only that according to him, it's... fun.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: Versatile. Can adapt to both long-range and close-quarters combat because of his power-weapon combination.

    Powers:

    --- Manipulation of Ki: Dark has the innate ability to manipulate life force, or as it's more commonly known, Ki. He can use this to attack, defend, support and even detect life as of recent times.

    Abilities:

    --- Flight: Dark has wings that are capable of flight. If you're not simple, this is fairly obvious.

    --- Vampiric Abilities: As explained in Appearance, Dark strain of vampirism is contrasted with Jude's -- instead of having a primary spped focus, his strain is more focused on strength and endurance. Because of this, he has been observed flying for days, sometimes weeks, without stopping once.

    Equipment:

    --- Silverlight: An ornate silver sword that has been in Dark's possession for centuries. Can reflect light to form path-like rays.

    --- SGA-250 Custom: Dark's legendary custom guitar and amp, originally manufactured by SGA Music, modified by himself to support Ki-based offensive techniques.

    --- Enigma Watch: Nobody really knows why this watch does what it does. All they seem to know is that it has the ability to stop, rewind and fast-forward time itself in the vicinity of the wearer. It's also useful for telling the time, obviously, as well as video communication.

    Strengths: Mainly physical endurance. As stated previously, he has been known to fly for extended periods of time.

    Weaknesses: The sight of blood will usually stop him dead in his tracks if he's not determined to look past it. Food will also stop him, because he's a bit of a pig.

    ~ Other ~

    History:

    Dark was born over 1500 years ago to a middle-class Lycan family on Ferona. Growing up, he became ever more interested in the music industry, specifically genres like symphonic metal and rock. In high school, he formed a band with his then girlfriend Tate, which went on to become a smash success. Tate left the band ten years later to do her own thing, which was followed by Dark leaving due to tremendous wanderlust. He kept his guitar, however, and it's still with him today.

    Around 40 years after that, he had a run-in with a group of vampires, which led to him being turned into one. He was initially rather scared, but realised soon thereafter that it could help him "become the very best, like no one ever was" (his own words). From that day forward, he embraced both his vampirism and wanderlust, which eventually led to him not only meeting the legendary vampire pianist Judas Numidius, but also travelling with him to Euthora -- the home of the Cult of Ustream.

    Somewhere along his travels, he met Jack Evans, a wandering samurai at the time, and the two decided to accept him as part of their group. Upon their arrival on Euthora, they were initiated, so to speak, into the Cult and that is where Dark has remained to this day.

    Appearance:

    Judas Numidius, or Jude as he's more commonly called, is a seven-foot, four-inch, white-furred, ice-blue skinned Lycan who hails from Ferona, much like Dark and Jack. He has deep, watery-blue eyes that slowly fade to red when he is unable to resist his vampiric hunger any longer. Fitting in with his odd skin color, his nose is also a pale, icey blue, as are the pads of his hands. He can commonly be found wearing rather casual clothing, preferring to forego and armor even when in the midst of a fight, mainly due to strength not being his -- if you'll excuse the pun -- strong suit. His so-called casual attire usually onsists of a white t-shirt with a blazer over top, black pants and run-of-the-mill black shoes, with the occasional sash or tie on his shirt as well as the blazer. Never being one for the whole sleeping thing, he almost never changes his clothes, simply because he has the ability to wash them while he's wearing them. Because of this, it is very rare to find any sort of spots or stains anywhere on his attire, as they are usually annihilated by a sort of miniature tsunami before anyone sees him.

    Going more in detail with his general build, he is a light build -- made for speed as his strain of vampirism suggests -- and as such prefers to use light weapons and dress lightly no matter the occasion. This is in direct contrast with Dark, who is a much heavier, combat-oriented build. Jude fits more as a scout whereas Dark is the tank in a way. Jude uses his immense speed, only rivalled by the one and only Espira Xirro, to his advantage in many situations.

    For battle, he carries two chained whipswords which seem to be made out of a material that if not ice, closely resembles it in almost every conceivable way, as well as a pair of revolvers and the occasional rifle or machine gun. However, he will usually only use firearms if he needs to get himself out of a bind very quickly and no other methods will work.

    Personality:

    Jude, in keeping with his divine heritage, is a rather well-spoken, formal person, preferring to call his compatriots by their full names where possible (Exceptions being Giga and Dark, as they prefer otherwise). He is generally very polite, even to his nemeses and foes, but will not let any of them get the better of him, even if it means his own death. He fears no one foe, and has made that quite clear in the past. He has also shown himself to be very wise and inspirational, as he had successfully turned Gaga on to an entirely different outlook on life. He is very quick to make friends because of this, as well as his ability to seemingly understand any perspective no matter the owner or person he is speaking to.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: Mainly power-based assault, but has been known to melee in certain situations. For instance, in a four versus one situation with Jude being the one, he would prefer trapping opponents to fight one by one instead of attempting to take them all on at the same time. Usually uses his psychic or ice techniques to aid in this, and his tremedous speed to do the killing. He is much like Espira in the sense of the last bit. This is all contingent on Jude actually being forced into combat, however, because as mentioned previously, his primary role would be scouting and information gathering rather than tanking in combat situations, where he's usually in the background.

    Powers:

    --- Dominion of the States of Water: Jude has full control over the various states and stages that water can take, which even extends as far as his ability to become ice, water or mist and survive.

    --- Telepathy, mind reding and telekinesis: Jude is an extremely powerful psychic, and as such has complete control of all things relating to the functions of the mind.

    Abilities:

    --- Hardened Mind: Due to the way his mind works, it is almost impossible to invade it.

    --- Vampiric Abilities: Jude, like Dark, has a specific subset of vampire abilities. However, his a more focused on speed than endurance. He has been known to move so fast that almost seems to blur out of reality.

    Equipment:

    --- Frozen Chains (whipswords): A pair of whipswords that seem to be fashioned of a strange material that is functionally similar to solid ice in just about every way except that it is very hard to break and never melts.

    --- Dual Revolvers: No explanation needed, really.

    --- Portal Anchoring Gems: Used to open two-way portals to and from Hammerspace.

    Strengths: Jude's main strength in his nigh-unrivalled speed, a strength shared with fellow Cultist Espira Xirro. He is more than capable of breaking the sound barrier many times over, if not approaching speeds in the thousands of kilometres per hour at times. However, these speeds are often short-lived, as his "cruising speed", if you will, is somewhere around 250 kilometres per hour. Along with this, his mind is his next greatest stregth -- a nigh-impenetrable fortress of knowledge that seems to know no bounds.

    Weaknesses: Like many vampires, his blood lust is his biggest failing, and due to the way his mind works versus the minds of other vampires, he tends to go insane rather than fain if he hasn't fed for a long while.

    History:

    Jude was... created, for lack of a better explanation, when life on Ferona began. He was charged by his father Itius to maintain the proper operation of the water cycle, but eventually became too powerful and flooded a large portion of low-lying coastal land, leading to what known today and the Isles of New Kuthica. Knowing that if he continued to become more powerful he'd eventually end up submerging the whole planet, he decided to forsake his duties in favor of something that interested him far more -- music, and in particular, the piano.

    Over the next few millenia, he taught himself to play piano to such a degree that there would never be anyone at all close to his skill level, which he was fine with. After all, he wanted this as an escape from what he thought of at the time as too much power for his own good. What he didn't know, however, was that his first girlfriend would help him drastically improve even further in ways he had never thought of.

    A few billion years later, enter Mirah, his first girlfriend, and a completely psychopathic sadistic bitch to boot. What he didn't know at the time was that for years she would torture him simply by being an insatiable vampire. This eventually led to her biting him in a most anticlimactic manner, as his demeanor would stop him from having any sort of reaction that she had hoped for. Instead, he became a vampire, gaining the speed he's famous for today, as well as his tendency to break pianos by hammering on them too fast.

    A few years later, he left on an adventure, which wold lead to him meeting with Dark, who at the time was on his way to some unknown planet. He would travel with Dark throughout the entire journey to this planet, forming both a friendly and vocational bond with him the more they travelled together. Eventually, they met Jack, then a wandering samurai, and accepted him into their adventuring party, for lack of a better description.

    Eventually, after what seemed like decades of constant travel, they arrived at the planet known as Euthora -- specifically, the Ustream region, and decided based on their surroundings to start a new life there. Jude settled down in a house that he built by the nearest lake while Jack and Dark stumbled upon the headquarters of the Cult of Ustream, where they were subsequently initiated. Jude was initiated the next day after he had gone to investigate what became of his friends, and he has been a sort of staple ever since.

    Appearance: Abnormally tall, Epsilon stands at 7'1". He has azure hair that falls to his eyes. He usually wears a bright, orange shirt with a single musical note on it (♬). He usually wears brown or blue wide-legged jeans with tons of large pockets which he keeps a lot of stuff in. He carries a largish backpack which he carries his instruments and other stuff in.

    Personality: Earnest, happy, upbeat, optimistic, friendly, peppy, jovial and high-spirited only begin to describe his personality. It Gets Better. Or Worse, depending on how you look at it. The only person he's ever really serious with is his brother, Krosmus...

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style: When he has to fight at close range, he slashes at the foe with his violin bow or beans the foe with his violin or flute. However, he is rubbish at this. When there's at least a few metres' distance between him and his foe, he uses his voice as a weapon.

    Powers:

    -- Soundsourcing: Epsilon has the ability to manage and change the properties of waves. He can generally manipulate waves and pulses to his advantage. Although he has mild control over light and other waves, he has best control over sound and sonic waves. He can energise or deenergise a created wave according to his will.

    -- Patternplay: Apart from waves, Epsilon also has the ability to predict and control the outcomes of repetitions and patterns. He can also use this ability to keep increasing the power of a continuously repeated attack based on how many times it is repeated.

    Abilities:

    -- Voice Control: The only 'extraordinary' ability Epsilon has is the ability to naturally control his voice, which is very flexible (and has broken). Epsilon can easily 'switch' between a man's voice and a woman's voice.

    Equipment:

    - Vaahuliin, the Violin: A simple standard sized violin. It's built out of some odd kind of nigh-indestructible wood. Good for cranking out sweet tunes... or for bludgeoning a foe over the head with. The bow used to play the violin makes for a neat blade as well!
    - Voncei, the Flute: Wooden woodwinds produce sweeter noises than metal woodwinds. This flute is made of exquisite bamboo; it is keyless, and has seven finger holes.

    Strengths: Surprisingly sturdy and resilient, Epsilon can take a series of hard blows and still hang on to a sliver of life.

    Weaknesses: Epsilon is ataxophobic: he's horrified of disorder and untidiness. As such he generally leaves himself wide open when he attempts to create an elaborate and orderly attack. Upon this, he's incredibly slow despite his great height; his torso is disproportionately larger than his legs.

    ~ Other ~

    History: Epsilon and Krosmus were simply 'created' together out of human thought. Epsilon has no idea why or how this happened, nor knows the reason for his own existance. However, he is exactly like a human in most respects.

    Appearance: Kyton is of a rather willowy build, with iridescent green hair and vibrant, piercing yellow eyes. His skin is somewhat dark, not very noticeably so, but a bit more "tan" when compared to many members of the Cult. His clothing, while bloodstained when this man arrived to headquarters, is now as clean as those of any other member, if a bit ragged and worn. A sheath rests at his waist, housing a splendid silver-bladed sword much like a straight katana. The sword's metal gleams almost with a bluish tint. Kyton has a noticeable Durasken accent, comparable to the accent of Earth's Irish. A tribal-styled phoenix is branded into his upper left arm, with the serial SHF-4-1549-7623 below it, marking him as a (former) soldier in Durasken's military.

    Personality: Unlike most Durasken Shapeshifters, Kyton is amicable and social towards the other members of the Cult- whether they be human, his own species, or an alien. The man has a rather charismatic demeanor, but sometimes comes across as arrogant or pensive. While only having been around a short time, Kyton seems to have a rather positive attitude and shows genuine interest in what other members have to say. He is a very good listener, actively asking questions, and seems to enjoy learning about his new environment and allies. He also can show concern for other members when given a reason. He seems to show a slight fear of dragons, possibly due to his birthplace.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style:
    Kyton has not yet engaged in combat since joining the Cult. His tactics and style in battle are currently entirely unknown to its members.

    Powers:

    --- Shapeshifting:
    Kyton's skill in this ability is unknown, however it is known that his base form is that of a vine snake, giving him his coloration, despite spending most of his time as a human. All of his forms are lime-green with venomous yellow eyes, even if this coloration is impossible in nature. What can be inferred is that Kyton has a large range of forms at his disposal due to his age, but the "theme" among his form gain is unknown. Kyton is not known to have any feral forms.

    Abilities:

    --- Enhanced Senses:
    As a Shapeshifter, Kyton's senses are incredibly acute, especially his hearing, sense of smell, and lowlight vision. These are often twice the strength or more than is normal for that particular form.

    --- Enhanced Reflexes and Agility: Yet another thing that comes from his species. A Shapeshifter's reflexes are incredible and almost qualify as precognitive if honed. His agility comes from a special chemical created by his body, known as Asyentine. This is very similar to adrenaline in composition and purpose, except that it gives more energy and stimulates his DNA to recode for shapeshifting.

    Equipment:

    --- Electrum Blade:
    Kyton carries a beautiful silver-blue straight katana in a sheath at his waist. The blade is made from the metal electrum, but his skill in swordplay is not yet known. As he was a soldier, it can be inferred this was his weapon of choice. The sword is not known to have any special properties.

    Strengths: Kyton, like all shapeshifters, has extremely good senses and nearly precognitive reflexes. He has the same metabolism that works out illness and poison quickly enough to make them harmless. However, he also seems better able to resist impulses created by instinct than most shapeshifters.

    Weaknesses: Kyton's acute senses give him the same drawback as any shapeshifter: he cannot stand bright light or loud noise. Anything else is unknown.

    ~ Other ~

    History:
    Kyton's history is unknown. All that has been revealed is that he was a soldier in Durasken's military, but reneged due to his treatment and ended up finding Cult HQ seemingly by accident.

    Relations: Kyton has been making clear efforts to be friendly with all members of the cult. He seems afraid of the resident dragons, however.

    Species: Unknown species of dragon

    Appearance: Fricai is a sickly green and rather emaciated-looking. He's very thin, and one can see his ribs pressing against his skin and paper-thin scales. Jase has tried to get Fricai back to full health, but nothing worked; no matter how much the dragon ate he did not seem to gain any more weight. It isn't that Fricai is ill or otherwise unhealthy physically- its just that the neglect he suffered as a hatchling and the abuse he suffered as he grew forever gave him his sickly stature. His eyes are bright red, slit-pupilled, and carry a manic, feral light. His wings are undersized and the pale brown, torn membranes would never support him in the air. His legs are long and thin and end in paws rather than claws. Fur-like fans decorate the back and tip of his tail.

    Personality: Fricai's demeanor can be rather... bipolar. For a long time before Shadow's arrival to Ustream, Fricai was usually vicious and aggressive, not to mention insane, attacking anything and anyone who came near him unless beaten down. He was a solitary, morose individual who Jason had to lock in the basement of HQ to keep him away from other cultists. With Shadow's arrival, however, his rare moments of sanity became more pronounced, perhaps by Shadow being one of the few who treated him equally and with no fear. It has gotten to the point where, with supervision, Fricai is allowed to roam relatively freely, though he typically stands with Shadow. Despite his seeming lucidity, his instincts are scrambled with his common sense, and he will almost always attack somebody who is afraid of him, as it sets off his prey-predator response.

    ~ Combat ~

    Fighting Style:
    Fricai rarely fights so much as attack someone. He is feral and ferocious in combat, striking mostly with his teeth and sometimes tail and claws. He has also been known to release a weak frost breath to slow an enemy down. He relies on his flexibility and relatively good speed. However, Fricai is still a very weak fighter compared to most other members of the Cult.

    Powers:

    --- Frost Breath:
    Fricai's only apparent power is the ability to release an icy mist from his fangs, similar to the venom of cobras, some species of Wyvern, and the Goldmane, Leonine, and Crested Aurora dragons. It is unknown if this power has the potential to develop.

    Abilities:

    --- Lowlight Vision:
    Due to having been locked in HQ's basement for the majority of the time from the Cult's creation and the defeat of the Black Assassin, Fricai's eyes have adjusted to conditions of nearly total darkness.

    Equipment:

    Fricai carries no equipment.

    Strengths: Fricai's only true strengths are his flexibility, reflex, and lowlight vision, mentioned above. He is also a fast runner, due to his build.

    Weaknesses: Due to being abused as a hatchling, Fricai is rather weak physically and will usually submit at the sound of a whip. His undersized wings render him flightless, and his thin scales provide almost no protection. His eyes are so attuned to darkness that even the light of the midday sun on a clear day pains him.

    ~ Other ~

    History:
    Fricai's history is unknown for the most part- he has told nobody his past and what is known about him comes from Jason's own knowledge about him. Shortly before the creation of the Cult of Ustream, Jason met up with a traveller who was carrying a caged Fricai in his covered wagon. The dragon looked nearly beaten to death, but Jason's sharp hearing picked up the shallow breathing of the injured dragon and the shapeshifter began to negotiate with the traveller. The latter was reluctant, saying that when Fricai wasn't trying to kill him he was a vicious fighter and the traveller wanted to start a "sport" similar to earthen dog fights. Jason pointed out to the traveller that dracomancers were rare and the average person wouldn't be able to beat a dragon into submission as the traveller had. Even if someone wanted to raise a dragon for that purpose, it would take several years depending on species for the dragon to reach a fighting age.

    The traveller commented gruffly that Jason seemed to know just a bit too much about dragons for someone his age(at the time, only fourteen) but negotiated a trade with Jason- Fricai for an amount of Durasken's currency. Still carrying some on him(as Mimring and Stormshaper had both had small hoards, which included Durasken gold) and figuring he'd have no use for the currency in the unsettled wilderness that was Ustream, Jason gladly bought the dragon. Determined to bring the dragon back to full health, Jason took care of Fricai for several days with the help of Mimring, Stormshaper, and Deathstorm, only to have the dragon attack him out of instinct upon waking up. The other dragons held the snarling Fricai down as Jase used mild dracomancy to just calm down the dragon, and it seemed to work for a while. However, several times between then and the formation of the cult, Jason was forced to push the influence a little further as Fricai would continuously find loopholes to various orders not to attack.

    Relations: Fricai is very friendly with Shadow, but treats everyone else with anything from flat neutrality to hostile aggression.

    Quotes:
