  1. This topic will be where I keep my different character profiles! Yay for organization!

    All character's posts come from the RP that they were originally created for. Later I may include sign up sheets from other RPs they may have participated in or I may just combine it all together and consolidate their forms and make it easier to keep things straight.

  3. GIOTT THE DWARF

    Universe - Ferana

    Home Arena - Drunk Duck Inn. The Drunk Duck Inn is a medium sized tavern with an inn on the upper floor. For the purposes of the Ultimate Tournament the upper floor has been deemed off-limits. On the tavern floor there are several circular tables with 4 chairs each positioned around the tavern. The bar lies on the long end of the tavern opposite the door and consists of a half-wall with little seats by it stretched all across with a small swingdoor for the bartender to walk through. There are glassses and dishes left on the tables and half-wall as if the inn was evacuated just prior to being modified into a fighting arena. There are also various alcoholic drinks situated behind the bar including the infamous Ankheg Piss. The stairs that lead up to the upper floor is located on the shorter wall nearest to the door and is fair game for the competition.

    Age - 76

    Apperance - Giott is a young dwarf who stands at a measly 3'9. He has a long brown beard which he leaves loose in preference to braiding it like some of his fellow dwarven brethren do. He wears halfplate armor with chainmail and reinforced boots as well as a pair of black leather gloves. strapped to his sides are his two large broadswords one of which is corrosive meaning that the blade can destroy objects through acidic means when it comes into contact with them. On his back his has strapped a large dwarven battle axe.

    History - Giott was banished from his homeland ten years ago when the dwarven chieftain murdered Giott's family for the betrayal his family had committed against the chieftain. He let Giott live though since he had no place in the betrayal and is not yet quite considered an adult by dwarven standards yet he considers himself one since he is no longer part of the dwarven community and there is no one to tell him otherwise. He has a professed hatred of everything, though it is not a true hatred and is really only for show. THe only things that he truly hates are his father, goblins, kobolds, and orcs. He acts crazy a lot of the time but it is merely a facade so that others won't dare to screw him over.

    Abilities - Giott has a natural resistance to the cold and also has an immense strength that makes him a great warrior. He also a strong resistance to poisons as was demonstrated when he drank the Drunk Duck Inn's infamous Ankheg Piss shortly before starting a journey with his latest companions and in celebration of his success ordered a round of the Ankheg Piss for everyone in bar and all but two of the twenty other people in the bar passed out cold. Giott is also swift when it comes to attacking with his weapons.

    Special Notes:
    Giott was inspired by an D&D character I ran with the same name and a similar attitude. This Giott is a pretty close rendition to the original. May edit a few details to bring him more like his D&D self.
     
  4. TEMPEST

    Universe:
    Marvel

    Home Arena: Windy Farmland. This arena takes place on the old farmland owned by Tempest's family when he was younger. It is a vast expanse of land on a hilly and windy area in Kansas. It is bordered by a white picket fence which for the purpose of the Ultimate Tournament will be the borderline that opponent's may not cross. In each of the four corners of the farmland are Wind Turbines that supply power to teh farm and the other neighboring farms. 1/4th of the farmland is covered in a field of corn which restricts vision. There is a barn located on the property but for the purposes of the Ultimate Tournament it has been emptied out with the exception of hay bales. For the most part though the farmland is a hilly area where the winds are strong and can blow wildly. More than once in past history has this area encountered tornadoes so there is always a chance that a tornado could appear during the course of a fight.

    Age: 19

    Appearance: Tempest stands at a height of 5'7 and has medium-length black hair which he doesn''t wear in any particular style. His hair stands up on his head pointed in various directions and is heavily influenced on where it stands by the wind. He is wearing a pair of tan slacks along with a t-shirt with clouds and a tornado on it. He also wears a black leather jacket on his back, without putting his arms in the sleeves which through his powers he is able to keep from falling off his back. On the back of this jacket he has a large emblem with a blue-filled circle that features a tornado on it. Superimposed on this tornado is the X-Men's X Emblem. He also wears a pair of goggles over his eyes. On his hip is a holster for a revolver which he uses to help direct and focus his abilities into wind bullets which he uses to shoot the enemy from afar. They aren't real bullets though and is only the wind focused to being the size of a bullet so as to be more focused and powerful. He also has strapped to him a machete which he uses in close combat.

    History: A young man who only a year ago had his mutant abilities manifest. They manifested one particularly windy night when he and his parents were in a heated argument when Tempest got so angry that all the anger he had bottled up inside him from over the years just burst out of him in a windstorm which destroyed his house and blew his parents away safely to an area unknown, however Tempest doesn't know what happened to his parents so he believes that in his anger he killed them. He then stayed in his family's barn having no other place to go when one day the X-Jet landed on his family's property and a woman by the name of Storm came and spoke to him telling him about the X-Men and the special school that Charles Xavier had built for young mutants such as himself to grow and learn how to control their powers. He went with Storm and has stayed at the school since trying to get control over his powers and honing his fighting techniques. Since the manifestation of his powers he has said very little only choosing to speak extensively with a select few individuals and otherwise will either say very little or nothing at all.

    Abilities: Tempest's mutant ability is that he has control over the winds and can manipulate them to his will. He does not have a mastery over this power as of yet and when he gets consumed by his anger his power will explode from him and he will lose all control over it. He can use the winds to create tornadoes and make small bullet-sized winds which he shoots from his revolver. Due to the fact that the ammo for the revolver is not bullets but is actually air he doesn't need to reload the revolver. He also using the wind to swirly rapidly along the blade of his machete so that when he goes to strike with it it will have more force. With his power over the wind he has also gotten an enhanced sense of hearing as well as being slightly faster with his movements as opposed to how he used to be. He can also use the wind to propel him through the air as if he were flying.

    Special Notes:
    This character started out as a fan character for the Marvel comic books. This character is in major need of a re-write and I shall be working on that. I want to make him no longer a Marvel fan character and more of his own character. History and Appearance are going to change the most. Might age him by a few years as well.
     
  5. KARMA​


    Universe: Ferana
    Home Arena: Dark Cemetary: The Dark Cemetary is a large expanse of land which is obviously filled with graves, tombstones and the occasional skeleton. The Cemetary is no longer visited by people as the local town that used to use it is now abandoned. Most of the graves in the Dark Cemetary are covered but there are a few throughout that are open pits. The rows of graves are aligned neatly with each grave being marked by either a cross or a tombstone with a words on them. The ground is fairly soft as it has recently rained in the area. The Dark Cemetary is where the Dark Cleric Karma used to spend his time before setting off on an adventure with Giott and co.
    Age: 31
    Appearance: Karma is a tall and lanky man with dark black hair that falls down to his shoulders. His eyes are of a dark and largely undeterminable color as he wears the classic black cloak with hood and tends to have to the hood down on his head. He's not particularly muscular nor does he wear a heavy amount of armor. Karma only has padded leather armor as its what those of his occupation are better in as well as wielding a wicked looking scythe that he can wield in either hand being as he's ambidextrous. He also carries a small dagger on his left as a backup weapon in case he is parted from his scythe but that doesn't happen to often.
    History: Karma is a Dark Cleric who once drove away the people from an entire village and then took over their cemetary to be used as a place for him to practice his necromancy skills. He soon got bored of the place however writing it off as too depressing and made his way to Aranell where he posed as a doctor for a time before getting bored of that. He then decided to join up with Giott and some other adventurers hoping to find new specimens to examine who could be worthy to be his new skeletal minions.
    Personality: Karma is a dark man who may seem at first to be the gentlemanly type as seen by him having a thing for tea and his polite mannerisms but when you get him in combat or when you anger him enough he can fly off the handle and will go into a manic frenzy killing any in his path, well any except his allies as he isn't a complete madman, he still needs them around for a little while longer. He began training in the dark magical arts at a young age and has recently begun his ascent into the realm of necromancy and is his dream to become an expert necromancer and to rule the world with his undead minions of chilling bone and decaying flesh.
    Abilities: Karma has a minor healing ability that he can use to stop nosebleeds and minor cuts but it can't heal anything really big. He also has a touch attack where if he can manage to place a hand onto his opponent's body (doesn't work too well with armor) he can blast them with dark magic. He is also wickedly fast with his scythe having trained with it for years and at the start of every battle he is allowed a single skeletal minion to assist him, but the minion isn't all that particularly strong and can be dispatched with a few strong blows. The minion itself wears no armor save for ineffective chainmail that Karma thought would be funny for it to wear and wields a broadsword. Karma also has the ability to raise the undead but it is highly unlikely that this ability will ever be used in the Ultimate Tournament. He can also move at a fairly good pace being as he wears light armor
    Strengths:
    + Wickedly fast with scythe
    + Minor healing spell/dark magic touch attacks.
    + 1 Skeletal minion (per battle)
    Weaknesses:
    - Wears light armor
    - Healing spell only works on minor cuts and bruises and can only be done if he can touch the area affected with a hand.
    - Skeletal minion wears no armor and can be dispatched with few strong blows.
    - Dark magic touch attacks can only be affective if he can actually place a hand on the opponent directly

    Special Notes:
    Like Giott, Karma was based off a character used in a D&D game and was apart of the same game that Giott was in. There are three other characters from this same game I hope to bring into ZEJ RPs one day. May age Karma a bit. Didn't realize he was so young.
     
  6. ZREG THE BLACK KNIGHT


    Universe: Kingdom of Melban
    Home Arena: Merchant's Camp - A wide open field of tall grass where a group of merchants and their mercenary protectors, such as Zreg, camped the first night of their journey. There are twelve covered wagons that look similar to ones that were used in the real-life Oregon Trail. The wagons are spaced evenly and at the same positions in relation to each other as the twelve numbers on a clock. Each wagon can easily house people inside them when they sit or crouch but can not stand inside them. There is plenty of space between each two wagons for a pair of warriors to fight between. In the middle of the field that the wagons surround there is a large and roaring campfire that burns ferociously all throughout the match.
    Age: 23
    Appearance: Zreg stands at a height of 6'3 and with the exception of his head is fully armored in platemail which is colored black with red trim. Zreg wears no helm and has a mess of black hair atop his head with dark green eyes. A bit of a goatee sprouts from his chin but he keeps the rest of his face trimmed neatly. He carries a greatsword on his left side which must be held two-handed. Zreg also has a smaller longsword on his right side which he only uses if he somehow loses his greatsword.
    History: At a young age Zreg was kidnapped from his village and was trained under Sir Larke and was inducted into the order of the Black Knights. As a Black Knight Zreg razed and pillaged many villages until one fateful day when he was sent out on a raid on the village from his youth. His sister, the final remaining member of his family from the raid that took Zreg recognized the look in his eyes and managed to convince him that what he was doing was wrong and that he should turn back to good and fight against the Black Knights. After some persuasion Zreg turned against his fellow Black Knights and slayed the ones who had gone with him to raid the village. Zreg now has become an adventurer, fighting for the weak when he can and when the opportunity arises he fights against those he once called friend.
    Personality: Due to his time with the Black Knights, Zreg has become a bit cold hearted when it comes to battle and is blunt when he speaks with people. He doesn't make an attempt to make you feel better and if that dress makes your butt look big you better bet he'll let you know. In and out of battle Zreg is very focused on what he needs to do, be it how to infiltrate and fortress and defeat one of his senior Black Knights or else how to beat that dwarf in a drinking contest. Since leaving the Black Knights Zreg has slowly began to soften up and has been seen to crack a smile when he hears a particularly good joke. He feels like he most atone for the sins he committed as a Black Knight so when he sees a stronger man fighting against a weaker he will turn to the weaker's aid and assist them.
    Abilities: Zreg possesses a great strength and was known to be one of the strongest of the Black Knights. Zreg possesses no magic and therefore his strength is his greatest ability. He's a fast attacker, but not so much on his feet considering all the heavy armor he is wearing.
    Strengths:
    + Zreg possesses a superhuman-esque strength
    + Almost fully covered in armor (head is unprotected)
    Weaknesses:
    + Heavy armor makes him slow
    + Purely a close-range fighter
    + His armor is his only defense

    Special Notes:
    Zreg, much like Giott and Karma, was also based off a D&D character than I ran however Zreg was from a completely different game. I have to admit, I'm not too proud of how he turned up. Maybe one day I'll remodel him for a new RP.
     
  7. TORNGASAK


    Age: 20
    Gender: Male
    Description of Appearance: Torngasak is 5'11 with medium-length hair kept neat and orderly and is longer than the hair of most other men his age due to his status and is black in color. He wears a tunic colored a light blue that is trimmed in an icy white. His leggins are kept as shorts to provide for better running. His eyes are the color of an icy blueand have been said to draw others into their gaze. He also carries a single knife strapped to his left side that was given to him by his father on his 17th birthday.
    Personality: Torngasak is a confident young man who unlike some other members of his clan is more in touch with the rest of the clans and the affairs of the world. He is the son of the Chieftain of the Penguin Arctic clan, Issumatar, and due to him being the only son the Chieftain has kept Torngasak out of matters such as the Hunt and important clan matters such as the corrupted mages but he manages to get what imformation he can from the other members of his clan being that he is rather well liked by them and they don't agree with his father keeping him out of such matters, especially the Hunt. Torngasak is determined to do his part and to help in whatever manner he can to keep his tribe alive and since at the moment he considers the two corrupted mages to be the biggest threat to his clan and the other clans as well he has turned his attention to his own clan's mage, Naartok, a slightly overweight man who knows his stuff and is highly revered by the clan. It is Torngasak's goal to become the apprentice of Naatok and to learn the ways of the mage so that he can do his part for his clan and the world and to be a major part in stopping the two corrupted mages.

    This saddens me. This character was accepted into Valley, but during this time I was very busy with life stuff so when Valley actually got started I wasn't around to participate yet when I went back to the topic I saw my character was still kept in the continuity. Count on this character coming back if Valley ever gets re-started here.
     
  8. RUFUS O'SULLIVAN


    Age - 19

    Appearance - Standing at 5'4, Rufus has dark brown that's kept long and wild and his eyes are a deep shade of green. He has a tanned tone to his skin color due to the amount of time he spends outside. He is normally seen wearing a dark green shirt with a brown vest over it along with a pair of tan slacks. He wears two criss-crossed belts over his slacks as well. Style he calls it. Around his neck Rufus wears a pendant of a wolf's head depicted as if it's howling up at the moon as a symbol of the time he spent living with the wolves.

    Personality - Rufus is mostly easy-going and docile, having become at-one with nature and more laidback and appreciative of life with the way he was raised. However, when things get rough, it's time to get serious- dead serious. When those he holds close are threatened, the claws come out. Literally.

    Bio - Abandoned at an early age by his parents when they one day witnessed him morphing into their pet cat, young Rufus was dropped off at the side of the road, labeled a freak by his parents and he wandered into the forest, knowing not what he should do. It was there he came across a family of wolves and after morphing into one they took him in as their own. Two years later a man known as a Mystic happened upon the forest where young Rufus was and witnessed him morphing into a wolf and that man took in young Rufus as his own and brought him to the Mystics where he has lived since. Since then, he has morphed into various animals, and, learning more about how they really work, has decided to take a righteous life, helping and befriending many creatures.

    Power - Animal Morphing. Rufus has the ability to morph into different animals. In order to be able to morph into a certain animal Rufus must actually make physical contact with them. This can be as simple as laying a hand on the animal. When he does, he instantaneously learns everything about them: how they survive, how they live from day-to-day, and even their emotions, allowing him to more greatly understand just how precious even the smallest life could be, and making him at-one with nature.

    Special Notes:
    This character was based off of the Animorphs books. Yeah that's really all I have to say at this point. In the reboot of The Mystics, Rufus' position changed from being the Treasurer to the General.
     
  9. EZEKIEL "ZEKE" YELTON


    Age: 14
    Gender: Male
    Appearance: Zeke stands at a height of 5'6 and has short curly blonde hair on his head with bright green eyes. He's dressed ina pair of jean shorts and a black and blue striped shirt. He's void of virtually any "accessories" with the single exception of an old wristwatch he wears on his left arm in memory of his father.
    Personality: Zeke is a shy individual yet at the same time he hates being alone. He hates being alone so much, that being alone actually scares him. This is due to a event that occurred in his past that causes him to be fearful when no one else is around. He isn't what one would call a brave individual. His most redeeming quality is that he is highly intelligent for a man of his age. In his school he is taking classes that one wouldn't normally take until they were a Senior in high school and yet Zeke is only a freshman. One could say that his strive to get further in his studies comes from him wanting to prove himself as being more than "the cowardly mute kid."
    Other: Zeke is mute and tries to communicate with others via sign language though communication is a bit rough if no one else around understands sign language.

    Special Notes:
    This character isn't yet officially accepted for it's RP so if any changes need to be made to it they will be made here as well. Also of note. You know what my favorite thing about this character is? I didn't have to create a bloody biography for them! Seriously! That's always the hardest thing for me to do for RP characters. Much easier to create something like that once I've already gotten into the RP a bit.
     
  10. LISTER "ZANTOK" THE REAPER


    Personality: Whenever he's in a new social situation, Zantok is always quiet. Quiet and watching. He doesn't seek out others and speak to them. No, he waits for them to approach him. Eventually as he gets used to the people and the social situation Zantok opens up, he talks more and he feels more free to joke around. Even still he's always been a bit socially awkward but if anyone were to ever make a threat against one of his friends, he'll make them wish they'd never been born. Oh, and don't call him Lister. Tis a name he once went by but cast off after assuming the name Zantok.

    Appearance: Okay so most of the time when Zantok is seen you don't really see much of him. He wears a large black cloak that covers his body. He is a Reaper and this is there standard attire. However, if he were to ever need to go into combat or if he's alone and just feels like being casual without the cloak, he transforms his cloak into a black jacket and his true form is revealed:
    [​IMG] instead of a yellow shirt however he wears a plain red one and the jeans are actually black slacks.

    Element: Sound

    Powers: Zantok has power over Sound and can manipulate it to cause glass-shattering shrieks, quiet a room, or even send a high-frequency signal to a transceiver half-way across the world. One of the biggest components of his powers is that he is able to manipulate the soundwaves that his voice makes in order to actually change the physical appearance of his weapon into that of different weapons. Swords, Bo Staves, Flails, Axes, Nunchuks, anything you can imagine. As far as damage output is concerned Zantok's most powerful attack is his ability to swing his weapon at a speed faster than the speed of sound creating a sonic boom that launches from his weapon and knocks the enemy right off their feet. For reference of how these Sonic Booms look please refer to the character ProtoMan.EXE from the MegaMan Battle Network games and the MegaMan NT Warrior anime.

    Weapon: Cane. Zantok's weapon typically appears to be an ordinary walking cane which causes those who do not though the weapon's true nature to think nothing of it. As stated above Zantok is able to use his manipulation of soundwaves to alter his cane into that of a variety of different weapons.

    Other: Zantok has been described in the past as being a complete badass.
