Eric starts at H5

Eric walked into the arena, iron boots clanking against the hard, stone floor, which echoed throughout the whole area. Eric didn't see anyone yet, just a large pillar in the middle of the arena. Eric then decided to take the time before the battle to admire his new armor, and his new weapon, an iron sword with oil all over the blade. He decided to light his weapon on fire using a small flame from his mouth. Eric grinned as he watched the fire swerve and curl around his sword.

Vero starts at B8

Vero appeared with a flash of light. Carefully looking around the room, he couldn't see anyone. "Ah, this place is great." Vero said as he pulled out a crimson banded book, pulling off the band he leafed through some pages. He stopped at a interesting looking page. "This one looks good." Vero's eyes scanned the page, "Raeppasid Lliw Meti." Vero spoke carefully, pronouncing every word to the letter. White sparks burst from the book, followed by some blue, green, and finally black sparks engulfing the spark show. "Wow wasn't that something." Vero said in awe, then looking at his empty hand. "Where's my book?" Vero laughed uncomfortably.

[Qiris starts at A7]

The bright flash of light again brought Qiris to a place she had never seen before. This time, walls surrounded her, and a gigantic pillar filled the center. Unimpressed, she stayed back near where she had appeared. "Such a dreary place," she stated coldly, only just now noticing the two others in the arena. Figuring that the one closer to her was to be fighting with her, she continued. "I suppose that this is going to be yet another battle," she said casually to the person nearby, "Are you ready to face strong opponents? If not, you deserve no place here."

The tiny doll that enhanced Qiris's magical abilities floated nearby, its face devoid of any detail whatsoever, and its purple, yarn-like hair flowing down to what would be the middle of its back. Whatever opponents were to come, Qiris was ready, and she wondered if any more "allies" were going to appear. If there were more, she was curious as to exactly how many...

Anya starts at A6.

"Here we are again," the woman with the blindfold stated as she looked above her. "So familiar." She looked to the gentleman and lady nearby. "Are we to work together? I find it's much more enjoyable than fighting alone. My name is Anya." The contractor introduced herself but said nothing more. She was mystified by the large pillar in the middle of the area. She had always found it intriguing. Maybe she'd have more time to study it? The girls are itching to get out here; I must make sure to take care of that quickly, Anya thought to herself before adjusting the demon's claw that was covering one of her hands.

[Pike starts at B5]

The painter made his way into the arena, looking at his allies that were waiting for the fight to start. He stopped nearby these two girls and a man, staring at them to see if they were formidable allies. "Hello there friends," Pike greeted his allies with a grin. "My name is Pike and I am a traveling painter, but right now I guess I'm a fighter." Pike took out his paint brush from his bag and looked at his foes from across the field.

Roburo starts at I5.

Roburo was suddenly at a place with a pillar in it's center, which confused him. He was just sitting down on a tree stump, when he was sitting on the ground in a strange place. Confused, Roburo stood up and just stood there.
