Risk of Rain's Twitter recently gave notice that the PC version should be receiving a patch within about a month, primarily to clear up bugs and technical issues, however there was also a comment indicating that Frost Relic-- you know, the overpowered uncommon item that can almost make the run won for you single-handedly-- is getting nerfed, so there may be more balance changes as well.
