Nonexistant Enigma

  1. The reason this took so long has to do with several economic issues. (I'm a lazy ass)


    Ennuyeux evades seize.

    Location: Levre Forest

    Objective: Defeat the Imps

    Atmosphere: Ragtag Team of Freaks: 15% chance of enemies being inflicted with Fear for one turn every turn.

    Music: Surrounding Woods

    Enemy Phase 1:

    The Imp known as Ennuyeux let out a high pitched sequel as the vines from Redulas' spell assaulted it . He riped the vines up with a pathtic flurry and just as it yelp triumphantly, it yelped again in pain as the mirage swordsman let out a barrage of attacks. Infuriated, the imp ran over to the swordsman, now far away from him, and let out a wimpy strike in false to regain it's pride. Molesto, the imp closest to our heros took offense to the mistreatment of his friend, though in a much calmer mood, he had the reason to attack using a magic spell. A dazzling thunderbolt which struck Thanatos with a crackle. The final Imp, Allemande, on the other hand, had a much different plan. It was to run like hell. It was obvious to him these were all madmen, he dashed though the chared clearing and hid near an escape route, In case our heros came any further.


    Ennuyeux moves to G7!
    Ennuyeux attacks Thanatos! 1 Damage!
    Molesto casts Lightningbolt on Thanatos! 3 Damage!
    Thanatos evades paralysis!
    Allemande moves to C2!

    As the freaks and Imps fought, Hello stood blankly. There wasn't really anything for him to do. He stood there in a quiet stance, his robe flopping about with a gentle breeze, when he noticed, on of his friends, the one with the holy clothing seemed to be missing. He never noticed this disappearance. The boy didn't even make a sound.

  2. Thanatos moves to G5.

    A grimace fell upon Thanatos's face as the imps launched their pathetic counterattacks. He brushed them off with ease and pushed past the geomancer to get to his new target which he slashed at with precise calculation. "Halloween, guard the....thing. And finish that piece of garbage off," he called out to his pet, gesturing towards the imp that he had delivered a brutal beating to just seconds prior. "Hmph, these bastards are pretty rigid," the swordsman grumbled under his breath. It was more of an annoyance than a true detriment.

    Thanatos attacks Molesto! 6 Dmg! (ATK)

    Halloween moves to F8.

    The little pumpkin-headed creature leaped in delight at hearing his master give him something important to do. He drew nearer to that which he was meant to protect and stared right at the imp that was ordered to be his target. With eyes wide, the creature let his little pumpkin head spin around 360 degrees again and again, hoping to have an adverse effect on the imp. It was then that his head stopped spinning suddenly and he clapped his little creepy hands together and started muttering stuff no one could understand...like he normally did. Little did anyone know, it was actually a further assault on his target.

  3. Mertvi looked upon the unfolding battle with slight irritation. The swordsman had just hacked at the imp brutally and swiftly, seeming to simply teleport around the menace. However, despite this, it seemed completely unfazed, and launched a pathetic excuse for a counterattack. Mertvi quickly proceeded to the place where the ghoulish creature the swordsman brought along once again. Once there, she put her lips on her flute, and blew a bone-chilling note directly into the Imp's ear. Sure, it wouldn't do much, but a little was better than nothing at all. Especially against something no better than a rock. To be honest, a rock would probably be more dangerous than this thing.

    The strange spirit that mertvi had called looked around in confusion for a moment. However, it soon discerned the enemies, if only through observation, and quickly made an attack of its own. At once, its gaseous hands disconnected from what could be considered its body. Then, they reappeared over the imp's head, and went straight through it, seemingly trying to befuddled its mind.

  4. Redulas looked at the imp that the ronin attacked and thought to himself, Guess all that sword strike hardly did crap. Maybe he's compensating for his weakness. He shrugged and decide to try his luck again with the imp and formed ivy around the imp to bind him. He then noticed that the altar boy had gone missing. "Must of run away. Stupid kid, this is no job for children."

    (Redulas uses Ivy Shackles on Ennuyeux -5 MP)
