Momentary downtime explanation

  1. Well, as some noticed a few minutes ago, we were down for about half an hour. Here's why, courtesy of the ever-amazing Jonathan Hawkins of Bihira:

  2. It happened again tonight. We've had two random downtimes in the past month. Yeah, I have no idea either.

    Also, Who's Online currently won't load for me. Can anyone else test this?
