A Deathly Managerie​

It was an average September for the students of Bluestone Ridge High. (BRH) Aside from being the only senior school in the city, it was also large, its 4 stories easily making up for the lack of quantity. As were all high-schools, it had its fair share of rumors and gossip. The favored tale of the month? The apocalypse - and how a rogue asteroid was set to come down and wipe out the civilized races, and plunge the world into a massive ice-age. This of course was all novelty, and even carried with it those who truly believed it would happen, despite Discovery Planet and World News saying otherwise.

One month passed and the rumor was wiped out, save for a few believers that were either behind the changing times, or still feared the wrath of the ghostly asteroid. In addition, real world politics had began to play a major part in the funding and economics of the school-board, and many teachers and activities had become cut due to recent payment changes, leaving many positions open for new, less experienced teachers to work for lower pay. Halfway through October, a new rumor emerged in spirit of the upcoming harvest festivals and Halloween. The rumor detailed a change in the nature of reality, and how the undead would rise, and prey on mortals – but not just any zombie apocalypse – it was to be a monster apocalypse. A reality where demons and zombies, animated toys and vampires stalked the earth killing all mortal-kind.

Oh, did I say it was just a rumor? Silly me...​

In this roleplay you will be playing either a student, or a staff member of the school, now locked inside and out, both for safety, and quarantine by the government as you are left to fight against the servants of evil, and find a way to end this madness – or survive until someone else does. The roleplay is also set in another reality, which fits with my common theme of allowing anthropomorphic characters in all of my roleplays, as well as humans. However this time, I'm going to do a change of pace and only allow anthropomorphic characters due to the (unfinished) short story involving only them as the inhabitants of Earth/the planet.

It is likely this roleplay will be freeform, but it does carry with it a risk of dying, or being infected in general by whatever creatures there may be. If your character dies, it is permitted that you can create another – to be introduced at a more convenient, or later time. However only one character is permitted by each player. (excluding me, but mine aren't PC's – they're NPC's.) I am looking for at least 3 players for this, but more are definitely welcome .

Is it a film? Because I can only find stuff about a movie called 'Black Dawn' that seems to have a sequel called 'The Foreigner'
