    As the party defeated the selfish thieves, the rain seemed to increase in intensity. Massive drops of warm tropical rainwater pattered against the ground, seeming to deafen out the distant yells and screams of nearby locals. It was almost impossible to see as the sky darkened more, the rain shrouding the scenery to those who tried to find where they were...

    A bright light suddenly flashed in the eyes of the party, a bright orb that glistened and glowed in the immediate area. It was entrancing, beautiful, and awing to the party who witnessed it. It pulsed an almost calming and peaceful feeling, an overwhelming peace that would set one to be well with life. Then, the orb launched away, into the trees and off into the distance, leaving a bright trail of glistening, immaterial dust. The dust settled into the earth, then glowed brighter than it was airborne, the pieces slowly coming together to reveal an organized trail, a pathway to follow. The lighting seemed to beckon the party, pulsing down its own path in an effort to invite them to follow.

  2. Allister sighed at the relief of finally getting through a minor ordeal. He couldn't help but be bothered at the identity of his mysterious comrades. "Hey miss!"Allister yelled at the red headed girl hoping for a reply, but Allister continued to speak. "That was excellent fighting for a girl your age and thanks for the help i probably wouldn't be able to take on all those theives myself because of...well i guess it was a transport, but anyway thanks thats all i wanted to say." Allister gave his comrade a friendly smile in hope that she would not consider him an enemy.
     
  3. Downpour's intensity increased while the Flare Warrior's patience diminished every passing second. Muffled phantasm voices cried and yelled in the background--chaos' still untouched roots entangled within the foreign land indicated the pathetic delinquents who lay unconscious before her were not the main threat. Splitting the night, brilliance of supernatural nature emanated from a singular source, a perfect sphere clearly illuminating the path upon its metaphysical conception with a an immaterial yellow light. Carnelian eyes instantaneously registered the visionary anomaly, reflecting their light on their almost crystalline, fierce surfaces. Crissie blinked, turning and lifting slightly the dull-edged weapons simultaneously, watching as the pulsating orb drifted throughout the labyrinthine flora and beyond even that.

    "Iono 'bout you both, but I'm gonna follow that." she casually said over the nearly deafening impacts of the drops of water over the grass-covered ground, loud enough for both of them to hear, whoever they were. Before even awaiting for a response, she took off in an unsurprisingly agile and rapid sprint, already following wherever the luminous trail would lead to. Hopefully to answers, she contented herself with a mental sigh as she proceeded through the humid jungle.

  4. The rain fiercely impacting on Allister"s face, He thought to himself of the young girl's words. "Both?" Then Allister remembered that there was another comrade fighting along side them. He turned around and faced the small woodland boy that attacked harshly with what seemed to be...Roots. "HEY, BOY WITH THE GREEN HAIR I HAVE A FEELING THAT THE GIRL WITH THE DUAL KATANAS HAS THE RIGHT IDEA, UNLESS YOU CARE THEN YOU CAN JOIN US AND BY THE WAY THANKS FOR THE HELP!!" Allister yelled at him to make the message clear. So then allister turned, still feeling the hard storm pound his face. Instead of staying in the rain getting drenched he, followed the mysterious girl into the void left by the lustrous orb.

    Angelo stood panting under the cover of the canopy of trees. He was still slightly soaked, but the grime from falling flat onto this unknown surface had washed off courtesy of the warm rain around him. He relished the feeling of calm after the final thief had fallen to the ground, but only for a moment, as he closed his eyes and sighed… Over the distance, he could hear the two who he had considered his allies enter a conversation. The flame girl seemed to beckon him and the other forward; something Angelo had been slightly terrified of the entire duration of the short conflict. Ohmanohmanohman… is she going to burn us like she did the thieves? he thought to himself. The trees seemed to answer his question, as they shed a tear upon him in the form of a raindrop. Turning to look at the tree behind him, he spoke, “You’re right… time to go… face this.

    Decisively, he turned back to hear the older boy call out at him. Angelo tilted his head at the other boy, confused as to what he had just said. Is he asking me along? Thanking me? I don’t understand… The barrage of statements had mangled into some unknown meaning to the young boy as he strolled through the rain, still puzzled by the boy’s meaning. Once he reached his destination near the other two, he noticed what they seemed to be after - a glowing orb, which emanated some strange, soothing, calling light. Angelo stammered out, “W-what is it?” before almost bashfully cupping a hand over his own mouth.

    The dense jungle growth seemed to slowly thin out as the group followed the brightened path. The screams and shrieks of terror got surprisingly closer as one continued onward through the dense undergrowth. As if a gate were opened, the jungle wilderness finally bordered to a large clearing, which in the distance could be seen the first sign of intelligent civilization. Stone structures and paved cobblestone roads could be seen ahead, along with the sources of the screams.

    People seemed to be ravaging through the roads aimlessly, as if a plague had broken out and caused mass hysteria. The sounds of things crashing and havoc could be heard, but it didn't appear to be by anyone in the clearing. Obviously the sources emanated from the intelligent structures, which could clearly be seen as invaded from the sources of items scattered and broken to each entrance. One man stood out from the peoples as the group neared, a man not all that indifferent from the previous thieves.

    It was now obvious what was happening.

  7. As Allister arrived from the blinding light's path, he saw and heard the source of all the screams and horror of what the people had been running from. He looked around only to find atrocious scenery surrounding them. All the broken glass, items, screaming, and especially the bandits. He looked off only to find a single man standing in the middle of a drenched clearing. Allister saw his clothing and found it obvious that he was another bandit. He decided to speak to the man.

    "Hey, what are you guys doing here and who sent you all? Look at what you people are doing to these poor villagers!!!"

    Allister yelled to the Bandit.

  8. {Angelo starts at G1}

    The chaos surrounding the trio of uncertain allies was frightening to young Angelo. He kept close to the trees, trying to stay out of view and out of sight of both the other two of his companions, as well as the throngs of people running in their own uncertain directions. He flitted in and out of the trees off of the beaten path, all the while keeping the flame girl and the older boy in his sightline, to be sure that he would not get left behind. He did not exactly know what to make of them, but he figured that together, they would have a better chance of survival than apart. And besides… the flame girl can’t burn down all the trees with me watching her… can she?

    When the mouth of the forest opened up, however, Angelo stood in the shadow of the tree, peaking out from behind the trunk. A single bandit seemed to stand in the middle of the scene, looking very similar to the three that the trio had combated with relative ease beforehand. Why are the people running…? Could this one be so different from the others…? the young nature scribe thought to himself, mentally calling to the tree he clung to for assistance and guidance. At that very moment, however, the older boy began to address the bandit himself, calling him out for his actions. “I-I don’t think that’s going to… change his mind…” Angelo started with wavering confidence, which immediately diminished as he trailed off in his voice. He picked up again, quieter than before, “I m-mean… he seems like h-he’s pretty sure on what he’s doing…” Either way, the young boy readied his boomerang, preparing to help out the small village as much as he could.
     
  9. Muffled voices transitioned into myriad pleading cries ravaging the area with their carried terror and mass hysteria as Crissie arrived into the source of pandemonium. Structures' spontaneous silhouettes caused by the momentary lightning briefly described worked stone--signs of civilization, albeit much smaller than she had originally hoped to find. Heavenly tears still falling upon her, the Flare Warrior's form stopped at nature's opening, soaked katanas threateningly raised, stare burning fiercely into the armed man. Upon hearing hurried pacing from behind her, the girl nearly jumped fiercely in retaliation, but instantly recognized the figures. Huh. Them again? Are they following me? she immediately inquired mentally, but she spoke no subsequent words regarding the matter, gaze trailing back at the grim spectacle unfolding in front of her. Whatever--as long as they don't get in my way. Or so she thought. Crissie could discern the faint outlines of other people in the background--civilians? bandits? both?--but her focus remained fixated upon the obvious delinquent.

    The Flare Warrior then chose to speak herself with an almost innate confidence and power behind her voice which defied even the atmosphere's deafening chorus of chaos. Three mere words were enough to weave in her intention, "Bring it on."

    Adam smirks maliciously to himself as he watches the village flee with what possessions they can. It was futile; the group of three he sent out into the wilderness would easily overcome and retrieve the villagers' possessions. "Piece of ca-"

    Adam turned, bow knocked as he sees three strangers, all carrying dangerous weapons, although he smirked to himself as he saw the boy with a little boomerang. "Well, this is cute, three little heroes who think they can take us on..." the man seemed to say to himself....

    Suddenly, the noises within the houses and shops stopped at the sound of Adam's resonated voice. Slowly but surely, more crooks and men with malevolent faces began to pile from the torn apart shops and homes, revealing weapons as they huddled around Adam. "You guys aren't doing yourselves any favors," he hissed, keeping a tight grip on his set arrow, "don't try to be heroes when you aren't."

Allister found the pattering of damp earth and intense drizzle hitting the thief's dull weapons get closer as they surrounded and enclosed the once standing alone bandit in what seemed like an "H" formation. The meta knight unsheathed his sword hearing the scraping of iron on iron and aimed the titan blade towards the bandits.
    "I now see there is no hope for you, but that just gives me a reason for your execution." Allister said in a firm voice.
    He then moved towards them to limit their movement to rain down the pain longer.

    Allister knew it was a good idea to be stationed by a building to give him some time to think of a plan and in the process limit their movement.
    He turned back and looked at his teammates and yelled,
    "Hey Girl with the fire and nature boy! while I have them slugged, think of a plan!

    Allister didn't expect them to follow, especially since they were complete strangers, but he had no choice but to consider them comrades and hope that they would understand for his and their survival. He felt the worry and heart pounding feeling of adrenaline as he watched the bandits ready to kill.
    He braced himself for the worst.

Crissie reacted instantly as thieves poured out of the surrounding buildings, having flames' primal essence envelop her katanas before they adhered into the blades, their unforgiving metallic color replaced by distinctive red and oranges which seemed to produce an unnatural glow. She raised an eyebrow, not quite having expected this outcome. Looks like they'll be useful at all, she thought, just as "Justice Man" neared the enemies--seven foes in total, but mere bandits at that--and proceeded to obnoxiously address both her and the boy to her right.

    "I don't need one." she simply replied with a light smirk.

    Without so much as a moment's warning, the older boy charged recklessly towards the formation of bandits that had appeared. Clearly they weren't going to be going home without what they wanted... But what is it that they want...? Surely we don't have it... Angelo thought to himself, not wanting to ask the girl or the other boy. They were scary, after all, and the girl could cook him alive if she wanted with those vicious swords of her's.

    The boy called back to them, asking about a plan. Shouldn't you have thought of one before running? Angelo thought, a little confused by his actions as usual. Before he could even open his mouth, however, the girl ignited her blades once more, causing Angelo to jump a little bit. He was on-edge enough about the bandits in front of them... did he really need to worry about fire-girl again as well?

    "I don't need one."

    Angelo blinked. Had everyone else gone insane?! Taking on fully-armed, much-older bandits without a plan? He quickly dashed in behind the older boy, whispering to the trees, "I need your help... the others don't know what to do, and neither do I..." Erupting from the ground beneath him were the roots of the nearby trees, which Angelo hitched a ride on before allowing the shrubbery to ensnare the nearby bandit. That's a good way to start... thank you, O' Trees.

    The group watched in surprise as their friend suddenly launched from the ground in a tangle of roots, screaming out before he struggled free with a thud against the surface of the earth following. Adam glared, pulling his bow up and taking aim as his started forward, knives at the ready. It seemed to suddenly cause a problem for them, unfortunately. Their bodies had a harder time starting forward as their metallic objects began to work against them like a powerful current. It seems this would be a challenge.

  15. No more words escaped the Flare Warrior's lips as the mass of thieves dispersed, staggering due to the pull of an unseen drawing force, a couple of them attacking the stationed Meta Knight. She practically leapt forward, landing in front of the nearest bandit and slashing wide with her left katana before shifting her body and quickly allowing herself to execute an equally as powerful stab. Crissie stepped back after attacking, her eyes flickering with an ember of annoyance. Their numbers were great, but they would surely fall one by one.

    It had started. They were approaching steadily, and Angelo did not like it one bit. He did his best to make himself appear small and defenseless, though poised to strike at whomever were to come near him. Before he had to make a move, however, the girl with the fire blades finally moved forward, as though she were going to take on the swarm of bandits herself. Is she insane?! Those bandits will destroy her! She slashed twice, cutting through the first bandit in her direct line, and she had the other boy at her side, who seemed to draw the remaining bandits to a crawl... Hmm... perhaps she won't be in so much danger after all...

    Angelo stayed rooted to the place where he stood, however. It was a place where he felt comfortable; behind the action and ready to support his allies if they so needed his help. He once again called on the trees to assist him, silently willing that the roots that ran so deep would tangle up the bandit at the forefront of the assault, for one of his temporary allies to finish the thief off.

    O' Trees... entangle the man for me. Do not let him escape.
     
  17. After what felt like an eternity of waiting for movement, the Bandits seemed to have made their time count and deal some frantic attacks on Allister.
    He couldn't afford to fall now, especially in this world where he knows the oblivion of population. As he noticed the two others fighting the same scourge. He believed he could make it out of this mess and wipe it up with their faces. Due to his self motivation he regained his courage and strength to move on.
