Erm... WTF YouTube Recommendations

  1. Ever watch something on YouTube, and then noticed YouTube recommending something completely unrelated to that video you just watched? Made a thread for that kind of thing.

    My first example:
    Okay, so YT recommended something based on an LP video I watched a couple of days ago. Their recommendation... Well... *sighs*

    From the Legend of Zelda to... that... I mean really, that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!
    Just proves that no matter what we do, we can't escape them....

  2. Well, depends on which LoZ game you were searching for. If it was OoT...

    >Epona. IDK but I always have that whenever I'm listening to music on YT like Pink Floyd. I usually get JB video suggestions when watching Pink Floyd videos. Maybe because YT associates JB with the colour pink. Idk.

  3. If you actually looked at the image (as difficult as that is), you'd see it was recommended from a video of an LP of Four Sword Adventure, which I don't think Epona's in.

    ... At least, I don't think so... I never played that game, so... yeah...

    But yeah, even with that, nothing pony/horse-related was said in this particular video. So idek

  5. Oh, I actually didn't see it was the four swords. And no, Epona's not there. It's after Minish Cap so.....

    Yeah. As for Mobile YT, I'm getting video recommendations of Two-Chains when I'm watching Mulan. I see no connection in that :|
