Sableye is literally my favorite pokemon ever. If I had a pokesona, it would definetly be a sneaky, stupid, and hyper Sableye. (Also Sableye makes me think of Carmilla for some reason)

I have an affinity for weasels and the like, and while Linoone is not a weasel, it has a similar design and, in my opinion, attitude, and because it amused me back in Ruby Version how it could learn from so many TMs (and HMs).
Fighting: Lucario
Because Lucario.
Flying: Pidgeot
Pidgeot feels to have a devoted character, to me, and even though it's not the strongest it's still reliable. Also Bird Jesus.
Poison: Beedrill
One of my favorite Pokemon of all nowadays, actually, somehow. It's safe to say I like Beedrill in an ironic way-- I wish it was more powerful but would take it further than most would in any given game just because most people wouldn't. Aside from that, I somehow find Beedrill a bit... endearing? I think it has a cool-- though simplistic-- design, and if I had to personify Beedrill, it would be a total tsundere.
Ground: Flygon
Because goddam fuck Flygon is cool. With his giant lens eyes, he also always reminded me of sort of an aerial scouter, while retaining a mystic guardian-of-the-desert feel.
Rock: Aerodactyl
Aerodactly's cool.
Bug: Yanmega
Dragonflies are my favorite insect in reality, so combine that with a cool design, badass abilities (he will break your ears just by zipping by you), and make it decently powerful in battle to boot, and you profit.
Ghost: Banette
Honestly never really had a preference for the Ghost-type; none of them have ever stood out to me. Banette has an interesting character, though.
Steel: Skarmory
Steel bird.
Fire: Arcanine
Favorite Pokemon world.
Water: Floatzel
This was tough. A lot of the final evolutions of the Water Starters battled it out for this spot, but I couldn't choose between Swampert, Samurott, and Feraligatr... so Floatzel sneaked past them. Because devious water weasel.
Grass: Sceptile
I never really liked the Grass type, but Sceptile has always been pretty cool. Honorable mention to Gogoat because that thing is fucking adorable.
Electric: Zebstrika
Because equestrian animal plus lightning.
Psychic: Meowstic
A similar case as Ghosts. Meowstic's design is somehow pleasing to me, though, and I've always seen it as a sort of deft but reticent or emotionless Pokemon... Kind of like Maiya from Fate/Zero?
Ice: Walrein
Mainly because them Hoenn memories.
Dark: Houndoom

Dragon: Bagon
Bagon always had an appealing character to me, I guess, and on top of a decent design, it stands out more than most other Dragons to me.
Fairy: Mawile
The only possible cool choice.
