DISCUSSION Manaverse Periodic Table

Discussion in 'The Manaverse Wiki Project' started by Keileon, Nov 3, 2015.

  1. The same goes for Laconia and a few others--that's when the theory breaks down, I think. We can always take a different approach, then... perhaps something about them being unique forms of matter composed of atoms and metaphysical particles of some sort. That way they aren't exactly bound to being counterparts to the conventional elements in as much as being fundamentally different altogether.

  2. It's somewhat similar to Tellurium--though Tellurium is brittle and toxic to most organisms.

EDIT: Also Silicon and Germanium, to a degree.

EDIT 2: Laconia is similar to Platinum--Platinum is chemically unreactive, Laconia is magically unreactive.

Edit 3: Tantalum is a much better fit for Laconia, actually.

  3. ICYMI: The Manaverse Periodic Table now has a Wiki page. Feel free to contribute your knowledge, ask questions about existing elements, or posit some new ones. Spitballing is the best way to get some ideas going!
