Social Attitude Test

  1. A friend of mine in a non-ZEJ-related chatroom a couple of days ago brought this site to my attention. I don't know about you, but I'm one who's all for taking a little time to take on some personality tests every now and then. They're entirely subjective matters and all, but sometimes, it's crazily entertaining how accurate they can be. This was the case with said test here, the "Social Attitude Test", which basically assesses your personality and political preferences based off of how you answer a 48 question-long questionnaire.

    If you're interested in this sort of thing, just hit up the link above and take it on! Then, feel free to share your results with us. I took the test three times and have assessed that my average score is:

    Progessivism: 82
    Socialism: 60
    Tenderness: 56

    So yeah, pretty accurate, I'd say. However, I'd say that the "few strong convictions" isn't as accurate as it seems, as many of the questions included strange and clauses that made me go neutral because I agreed with one side and disagreed with the other. And clauses annoy me.

    noun [ mass noun ]
    1 a tendency to consider material possessions and physical comfort as more important than spiritual values.
    2 Philosophy the theory or belief that nothing exists except matter and its movements and modifications.

    A jaded materialist would be someone who believes that material possesions are the only things that count in this world, and that spirituality doesn't mean anything, but because of too much concentration on materialistic tendencies, you've kind of become bored of that ideology.

  11. Not too surprised by this, honestly. My values usually don't fall into extremes unless I am super passionate about it, or have a decent amount of involvement. Otherwise, I try to at least be educated (and remain impartial to the point of ambivalence).
