Haha what is naming? Basically- Reincarnation related

Semi-Original, loosely based on the manga Reincarnation no Kaben in which you can receive a talent from one of your past lives but don't get to choose which life or talent- good or bad.

Basically, you live in this future world where people are brought to a facility when they become 10. At that facility, they're taken into a dark room and put to sleep. No one knows what happens inside the room, but when the child wakes up, they have a surge of power for an amount of time that changes for everyone. (For example, one who receives a talent of fishing might furiously fish and not pay attention to anyone/anything else- as if in a trance- for an undetermined amount of time) Eventually they learn to control these talents, able to switch in and out of the "awakened" state whenever they wish.

Of course, some people end up receiving talents that could possibly be used for evil- killing, for example. Based on a random lottery, children are picked up within their first year of "awakening" to join a special task-force to apprehend and detain the possible criminals- no matter how young or innocent the suspects may be. (And yeah, someone with a "bad" talent might end up on that task-force anyways)
