PLANET Discussion: Terra

  1. By all means, Terra should be considered high-priority in "Planets in Need of Development". Thus anything that would be relevant to this planet, any suggestions for it, or just anything that'll help make a planet page for it should go here.

  2. Do you have anything planned for Terra, Giga? Because I was idly thinking today and I've had some general thoughts. About... stuff. And things.

  3. Err... Besides being a setting for OGX (and an out of CoU sequel), nothing really. My current focus is really on Ocera. So by all means, go ahead and spill the beans.

    CrazEcorp, CrazE, basically all of my characters come from Terra. I'd like to oversee Terra along with collaboration.

  5. Then at least one thing to keep in mind is that Liquid Salvation will most likely occur on Terra. It will have occured centuries before any of our An Things on Terra, so that shouldn't be much of an issue.


    There's something else, but I'll make note of that when I have things sorted out.

Something I don't think has been decided (but I am not 100% sure of, either) is the notion of whether Terra is or is not a "version" of our Earth that simply happened to blink into the Manaverse, or whether this is just an "Earth-like entity" that coincidentally exists within the Manaverse. Which is more convenient for the developments of this planet?

  7. Quick Q about Terra... does it follow the Gregorian calendar that we know and love? If so, how/where does that slot into the collective Manaverse timeline? Is Terra's "present day" in SCT?

  8. I'm gonna say something along the lines of a Gregorian calendar...

    Also I guess it is... Like I kinda imagine OGX and OGX II taking place at such a point, and based off of the last SCT we've had, a chunk of OGX now takes place in SCT. So... yeah...


    And to answer the other unanswered question... I'd say "Earth-like entity".



    Anyone else?

  9. Probably obvious, but probably also worth noting that I've scrapped Liquid Salvation (at least for now) so don't worry about that if you have something you want set on Terra proper
