Cult of Ustream ~ OoC Thread

  1. OoC Thread, folks.

    Discuss ideas for possible plot stuff. Discuss stuff that may be important in the RP, whether it be immediate or something to worry about later. Discuss mistakes that we (but mostly Fallen- *shot*) end up making. Discuss- *kicks Barky away*


    Just to note, there's still stuff that I need to do before we can get started with TRWA (lazily create Lyorme's page on the wiki, get info from Kirb so I can finally make Nicos's page, come up with an intro post, and possibly try to think of a new name for the arc (because tbh, I hate the name of it; I really think I could have come up with something better)). So... yeah...
    But please bear with me, as I really hope to at least get this started as soon as possible. And when I have everything prepared to start the arc, I'm going to do sort of a rollcall ([insertJasonjokehere]) for all people who originally had their characters to be involved in the arc and other people that want to be involved.

  2. OKAY! Nicos and Lyorme's page have been made (sorta), keeping the current title (until I can eventually think of a different name for it), and will undergo the process of making the intro post for the thread (which may take a few days, please bear with me).

    SO NOW, ROLLCALL TIME!!!!!

    For this, you basically just say whether or not you're in (or still in, in terms of those who would have originally been involved). In addition, you list the characters you plan to have appear in the arc in these categories:

    In First Group (5 people helping Gojiken, so initially, I want to have 4 people fighting each one of them. 20-6 of my characters=14 remaining spots. Would have had 1 guaranteed spot left open knowing who had been listed as initially involved, but since Flimzy opted, that leaves 2 guaranteed spots open on a first-come-first-serve basis. Those who had their character(s )initially involved, you have until Sunday to list said characters for this group. Failure to do so will leave your spot(s) open to claim on a first-come-first-serve basis.)

    NOTE: Just to give you an idea of how limited you would be regarding usable characters, this arc takes place before the Nocturne Arc.

    EDIT: OKAY, looking it over, I still need David and Fallen to post to claim their characters' spots in Group 1.

  9. OKAY, with that, and David... most likley not being in this, there are 4 spots remaining for being in Group 1. These spots will remain open until next Sunday or until they are claimed (whichever comes first).

  12. OKAY (inb4+man), Group 1 is officially closed!

    Still accepting characters for Groups 2 and 3, and I will ATTEMPT to have this started during the weekend.

    In the meantime, if anyone else has an idea for an arc to attempt to start, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO DO SO.

    Also, arc idea.
    If we do this arc I actually have it decently planned out; the High Circle would get involved, providing decent enemies, and the Fyrebornes may be involved due to Mordicai's ties to my main. This would PROBABLY take place sometime between my main returning from Durasken and MU.

  14. Hmmm kewl!

    I've still got PA (Parallel Arc) up and ready. The only reason it hasn't been started yet is because NO ONE SHOT A PM ABOUT MAJOR POINTS IN THEIR CHARACTER'S LIFE THAT MADE THEM WHO THEY WERE IN CoU EXCEPT JASE AND GIGA BUT THEY DONT COUNT AS PEOPLE.

    So PA is still ready to go, I just need everyone to get off their lazy butts and contribute >=O

    Ultimate Arc is still available, but I'm not gonna do it anytime soon. And I got a new arc involving development on Carnage, crazE's younger brother. New characters can be made in this arc, seeing as Carnage will have little to no connection to CoU in general, but I'd still distantly count it in CoU canon. There's also Darkside's development arc, where other manifestations like him come into the world and try to consume Euthora.

    And yeah. If it'll make all y'all feel better, I'll have Shadow and Starr work on any of them with me depending on which ones sound interesting to do. Guys, just flippin ask and I'll pull up an arc, I've had plenty of time offline to think up tons XD

  15. In addition I've been trying to figure out a Starlight development arc; compared to his brother I REALLY haven't shown Starlight at the development that he's at in Fyreborne canon. Just some background, a hint at his true personality in the form of his appearance in HL, and a couple vaguely formed powers.

  17. Not particularly proud of the intro post, but it has begun.

    As I've said, Groups 2 and 3 will remain open until a certain point. Once that point has been reached, Group 2 will be closed and Group 3 will remain open for pointless cameos.

    I find it very ironic that the two people that continuously rushed me to start TRWA have yet to post in it.

    Also crazE, I never PMd you about that. You just happened to be on Chatzy talking with people about it for a few minutes, which included me telling you stuff regarding my main.
    And because I was likely not there for the discussion: What the hell is "Ultimate Arc"?
