ASB w fakemons

  1. I'd been working on this a while ago (and I mean a WHILE ago)-- a Pokemon ASB league, but with user submitted fakemon.

    I would be doing this on a separate forum, most likely, but I just want to know how interested you would all be in that

  2. Usually when we're presented with an ASB league, there's a fair amount of interest, but activity fizzles out in the actual league after a while.

  3. I am down to play! Is this going to be on Acanthite, or am I going to have to make a buffoon of myself elsewhere as well? What are the stipulations for the Fakemon applications?

    When I tried doing this four years ago I used TCoD's ASB rules (with permission, obvs) but I'm thinking I could probably simplify the rules if all the fakemon were made from scratch.

    I figure that my stipulations on Fakemon applications would be to avoid overpopulation of Pokemon type X-- TCoD's fakemon registry was something like 60% ghost-type, which was pretty dire. I think standards for fakemon design would be higher the rarer the Pokemon is; we don't want a region with ninety pseudo-legends, y'know.
